CONSTITUTION:Starting with preparing long and narrow plate bodies 1-7 respectively different in their length whose flexible pleats 8 are provided in the longitudinal directions, for example, the plates 2, 3, 5, 7 have each one extremity of their mutuality joined practically at the middle in the longitudinal directions to their mating sides, forming irregular quadrilateral frames which have each one extremity of each plate body 2, 3, 5, 7 jutted out of each apex, whose opening parts are blocked with thin plates 9. Now, when the tank bottom part is cooled off by stored liquid, the plate bodies 2, 3, 5, 7 are cooled off and contracted, points a-d are displaced such as being a'-d' which absorb the cooling strain. Besides, the thin plates 9 have smooth contraction with turns without any fetters.
