Abstract

PURPOSE: To simply mount a lighting fitting body to an embedding hole of a ceiling surface, by installing metal fittings made of elastic plates to guide grooves of the main body of a recessed lighting fitting in sliding-possible shapes.
CONSTITUTION: Guide grooves 5 provided with holes 6 for inserting metal fittings and a plurality of connecting holes 7 are mounted to both sides of the flanks of a main body 1 of a cylindrical lighting fitting with a bottom, which one end is opened. Metal fittings 8 are produced bybending elastic metallic plates in U-shaped forms. This guide portions 9 fitting to the guide grooves 5 of the main body 1 in sliding-free shapes are formed near the bending portions of the metal fittings 8. Holding portions 10 are formed by slightly bending one pieces of the U-shaped metal fittings to the outsides, and handles 12 and connecting pawls 13 are installed to the other pieces 11 by an operating portion. The metal fittings 8 are downward pulled, the holding portions 10 are contacted with the ceiling surface, the connecting pawls 13 are inserted into one of the connecting holes 7 of the main body 1 and the metal fittings are connected.
