Abstract

PURPOSE: To simply fix this mounting device to an embedding hole of a ceiling surface without using a driver, etc., by connecting metal fittings provided with pawls to the guide grooves of the cylindrical mounting device of a lighting fitting and by utilizing the elasticity of the pawls when connecting said mounting device to the embedding hole of the ceiling surface.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical lighting fitting body 1 with a bottom, which is provided with a flange 2 and which one end is opened, is installed by inserting the main body 1 into an embedding hole 6 of a ceiling surface 5. In this case, the main body 1 is connected to the embedding hole 6 by elasticity by inserting a plurality of laminar bodies 7 made of elastic materials into the guide grooves 11 and inserting holes 12 of the main body 1. The lower ends 7a of the laminer bodies 7 are contacted with the ceiling surface 5, and the upper ends 7b are contacted with an outer flank of the main body 1. The lower ends 7a are bent in outer spreading shapes, and convexed pawls 8, 9 are formed to two intermediate portions by cutting raising up the pawls. The lower pawls 8 prevent the separation of the metal fittings 7 from the main body 1, and the upper pawls 9 pressure contact the metal fittings 7 with the main body 1 as connecting pawls and connect the metal fittings. The main body 1 is entered into the embedding hole 6 by bending the pawls 8, 9 by two fingers, and the main body 1 is easily connected into the embedding hole 6 only by parting the fingers from the pawls.
