Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the continuous micro-adjusting of a control rod, by means of detecting the pressure difference from the upper direction and the lower direction of a hydraulic piston, and of adjusting the water pressure according as detected value thereof.
CONSTITUTION: An inner tube 33 being combined with the upper part of a ball nut flange 32, the driving water being entered by compression in the inside from a hole 35 of a screw 26, the load of a control rod 9 and an index tube 16 being allowed to be supported by means of pushing up the inner tube 33 upward, thereby a screw 26 is allowed to be rotated by a little rotation innertia motor 30. At the control rod inserting time, the thrust exerted on the motor 30 is detected by a load cell 40, and the hydraulic pressure of inserted driving water 13 is so adjusted as that this may be a minimum. The adjusting of the hydraulic pressure, when the output of the load cell 40 may indicate that the downward load is exerted to a ball nut 23, an escape valve 43 of the driving water 13 is closed, and when the upward load is exerted, it is operated by means of opening a valve 43, thereby the micro position adjusting can be attained.
