Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the pressure variation and load variation at mixed-pressure steps by detecting the pressure behind a high-pressure side steam regulating valve and on-off-controlling a low-pressure side steam regulating valve through a ratio arithmetic unit.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure detector 36 is arranged behind a high-pressure side steam regulating valve 27, and the pressure is transmitted to a ratio arithmetic unit 41 through a limitter apparatus 40. The limitter apparatus 40 determines a control range, and especially limits the downstream side, and prevents rapid variation in small range from being transmitted to the unit 41. Owing to the unit 41, the transmission signals in the low-pressure steam regulating valve are transmitted to an oil-pressure conversion unit 24, and the turning of a low-pressure side steam regulating valve 28 is determined. Each pressure behind the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side steam regulating valves 27 and 28 is detected by pressure detectors 37 and 38 respectively, and a comparison arithmetic unit 43 performs calculation, and the deviation allows the low-pressure side steam regulating valve 28 to be opened or closed by means of a ratio arithmetic unit 42.
