Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the system breakdown at a trouble time to improve reliability by synthesizing output phases of a current machine and a spare machine after synchronizing them with each other. CONSTITUTION:Output signals from signal source 13 are supplied to radio communication units 11 and 12 in parallel, and output carrier frequencies of units 11 and 12 are inptted to frequency converters 15 and 20 and carrier reproducing devices 14 and 18 respectively. Output carriers of devices 14 and 18 are converted in 16 and 19 by the frequency from reference oscillator 17, and conversion outputs are supplied to converters 15 and 20 respectively and are so converted that output carriers of units 11 and 12 may become equal to the reference wave of oscillator 17. As a result, outputs made of the same phase are synthesized in 21 and are transmitted. Now, the fixed phase difference in two systems is adjustable by phase shifter 22.
