Abstract
PURPOSE: To make all sorts of harmful component harmless decreasing the accumilation of dust and absorbing selectively or converting catalytically, by flowing exhaust gas in parallel with the face of catalyst structure closely attached the catalyst component of the whole face of reticulate structure substantially.
CONSTITUTION: Press processing of both faces of reticulate structure composed of wire net made of stainless steel etc., is carried out by roll rolling machine etc., after applying pasted catalyst component by mixing with water sufficiently and if mecessary, adding bonding agent. Next, obtained laminar structure is calcined at 300W700°C after drying it. Also, meshes finer than 20 mesh are used for that of reticulate structure.
