Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a positioning operation of the probe unit in good precision, by a method such that, as a turn leg, provided on a turning rail, makes a turning movement, a main post, a manipulator with a vessel testing prove unit installed, and an updown unit installed to the main post are made rotating in one unit.
CONSTITUTION: In a condition with a support leg 7 fixed to a flange part 4, a main post 9 and a manipulator 12 are installed to be set to the center of a vessel 2.
