Then, when horizontal moving stepping cylinder 11 is operated to move horizontal moving slide base 12 in the horizontal direction, third and fourth tested object fitting jigs 28 and 29 are displaced in the horizontal direction along vertical moving slide base 9 and horizontal fixed slide base 6. As a result, a load in one direction does not affect a load in the other direction.
