CONSTITUTION:High voltage is applied on 2n ignition plug of an engine 1 through an ignition coil 4 and a distributor 5 is put into a delay setting circuit 13 through the primary wave shaping circuit 8. The running of the engine 1 is put out through an electromagnetic pick-up 7 is terms of an electric signal, which is put into said delay setting circuit 13 through a wave shaping circuit 10. The output of the circuit 12 that determines the knocking from the outputs of a vibration sensor 9 and the secondary wave shaping circuit 10 is sent to the circuit 13.
