Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure a proper water level of atomic reactor where the input of regulator is available from the combination of a signal combined with three kinds of signals of reactor water level and main steam flow supply water flow and a signal where neutron flux signal is provided through arithmetic circuit.
CONSTITUTION: For a transient condition where the reactor power is varied in wide range, the water level is fluctuating greatly causing a difficulty to follow water supply control operation. This is caused by the variation of water amount within atomic reactor 1 due to deviation between main steam flow rate Ws and water supply flow rate Wf to set to water level L of reactor, and also the reactor water level L is settled by the amount of air bubbles presented within the core 10 and the top plenum 11. Accordingly, said irregularities can be dissolved by transmitting a signal substracting the signal 23 obtained from the average neutron flux signal N passing through arithmetic circuit 22 from the signal 19 to the regulator 20.
