Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform current measurement well without being affected by noise, etc. by lighting one of two sets of light eimtting elements by way of integrating circuits parallel with electric shock current detecting coils and detecting the light thereof with the photo detectors connected to the light emitting elements by means of optical fibers.
CONSTITUTION: Both ends of the integrating capacitor C parallel connected with the resistance R connecting to the detecting coil 5 of the detecting part 4 provided to a steel tower etc. 1 are connected respectively to light emitting elements L1, L2 by way of backward diodes D1, D2. According to the direction of electric shock currents, either of the elements L1, L2 goes on. Lighting of these elements L1, L2 is detected on the ground by the photo detectors connecting to optical fibers 6, 7. Other plural coils 5... provided to the detecting part 4 are connected to integrating circuits of respectively different integrating constants and the magnitudes and directions of the electric shock currents are detected on the ground.
