Abstract
PURPOSE:To promote an oxidation reaction in an exhaust system by delaying an ignition time at all times in case of idling and throttle valve being fully closed, and to promote an oxidation by delaying the ignition time even in case of the throttle valve being opened in linkage with a choke valve at a starting time at a low temperature.
