Abstract
PURPOSE:To make produce the tensile yield at the inside circumferential surface of the steel pipe, by cooling the inside circumferential surface and heating the outside circumferential surface of the steel pipe, when the heat treatment is carried out with the object of removing the residual stress which has been produced at the working or welding of the steel pipe.
