Abstract
PURPOSE: To effectively remove H2S and NH3, is fed to the fluidized desulfurization reactor 31 and is contacted with the first removing agent (for example, NiO), selected from the Ni or Fe group removing agent, supplied from the upper part of the reactor 31. H2S is separated from gas by converting it to NiS. Then, gas is sent to the fluidized ammonia removing reactor 35 through the cyclone 32. The above mentioned NiS 21 is sent to the calcining reactor 33 and is oxidized to regenerated NiO by the air 11. The SO2 contained gas 12, generated at the time of regenerated reaction, is recovered as the gas 13 through the cyclone 34. The gas 2, sent to the reactor 35, is contacted with the second removing agent 26 (for example, Ni-group), selected from the Ni or Fe group removing agent, supplied from the upper part of the reactor 35. A large part of NH3 is decomposed to H2 and N2 and a part of it, is removed as nickel nitride. The above gas is refined to the refined gas 3 through the cyclone 36 and a large part of it, is recovered. A part of it, is sent to the reforming furnace 39 and is reformed by adding the steam 15.
