Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot for a rice cooker whose water level lines, characters, numerals and patterns hardly disappear and are highly visible by plotting them by the color of a surface modified layer generated by stainless surface modification or recesses and projections simultaneously generated at the time of the surface modification in the pot for the rice cooker whose pot inner surface at least is constituted of stainless. SOLUTION: On the inner surface of this pot 1 for the rice cooker composed of a stainless material 2, the water level line 3 and the character 4 are plotted by using a YAG laser marker. At the time, the water level line 3 and the character 4 are printed by a brown or black surface modified layer 5, a printing part hardly disappears and is highly visible, and since the gloss of the stainless is present as the whole, the pot 1 for the rice cooker with high quality is obtained. For the irradiation condition of the YAG laser marker, an optional laser output condition is selected corresponding to a purpose and a focus distance, a printing thickness, a printing range and a printing color density, or the like, are changed. Also, by changing the irradiation condition of a laser, engraving an irradiation surface slightly deep and forming the recesses and the projections on a surface, the visibility is improved further.

However, in recent years,
The luxury, safety and cleanliness of the people has increased the demand for stainless steel cookware. When stainless steel is used as a rice cooker pot, its water level line is generally
A stamping method is used in which a water line mold is pressed on a stainless steel surface. However, since the engraving method uses only concaves or convexes, it has a drawback that it is difficult to see the water level lines and characters and it is difficult to adjust the amount of water. Further, although a fluorine resin coat is not easily adhered to stainless steel, even if the fluorine resin coat can be treated, there is a disadvantage that the stainless steel surface is hidden and the texture of the stainless steel is impaired.

Further, in order to improve the non-adhesiveness of the stainless steel, as shown in FIG. 4, the surface of the stainless steel material can be subjected to a non-adhesive treatment with a fluorine-based chlorosilane compound or a fluorine-based alkoxysilane compound. An example of the formulation of the fluorine-based alkoxysilane compound is n-perfluorooctylethyltriethoxysilane (nC 8 F).
17 C 2 H 4 Si (OC 2 H 5 ) 3 ) 1 part by weight was mixed with 100 parts by weight of ethanol, and then 1 part by weight of water was added. 10 at ℃
After drying for n minutes, n-perfluorooctylethyltriethoxysilane is adsorbed on the stainless steel surface. By this treatment, a colorless and transparent non-adhesive is formed, so that the visibility of the water level line is maintained, and the stainless steel is glossy, and it is possible to provide a rice cooker pot utilizing the texture of stainless steel, It is also possible to improve the corrosion resistance.
As a pretreatment for the surface of the stainless steel, hexachlorodisiloxane (SiCl 3 OSiCl 3 ) may be adsorbed on the stainless steel and then treated with a fluorine-based chlorosilane compound or a fluorine-based alkoxysilane compound.
It is possible to form a more durable non-adhesive layer.
