Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a decorative molded product having a surface portion processed into a colored matte tone, and a decorative molded product obtained thereby.
Molded articles such as cosmetic containers and mobile phones are often required not only for their own functionality but also for decorativeness. One of the decorative properties is that a part or the whole of the surface of the molded product is matte (matte).
As a method of making the matte tone, a method of forming a grain by transferring a mold (for example, see Patent Document 1), a method of applying or printing a matte paint (for example, see Patent Document 2), and forming irregularities by sandblasting (For example, refer to Patent Document 3).
However, in the method of forming a grain by the above-mentioned mold transfer, it is necessary to form irregularities for forming a grain on the mold surface. Therefore, when changing the pattern of the grain, a mold corresponding to the pattern is newly added. It is necessary to prepare, and it is not possible to easily change the wrinkle pattern. Further, depending on the shape of the irregularities for forming the grain, the grain may not be properly transferred. Furthermore, if it decorates the surface of the formed wrinkle, the decorating surface will also become wrinkled, and a flat decorating surface cannot be formed. Moreover, it is impossible to give a different color to the surface where the wrinkles are formed by only the mold transfer process.
Further, in the method of applying or printing the matte paint, the matte paint is mixed with matting agents (particles) for forming irregularities, so that the matte paint is not sufficiently cured depending on the amount of the matte paint. There is a risk that the coating or printed layer of the matte paint may peel off.
In the method of forming irregularities by sandblasting, when patterning a grain, it is necessary to mask the pattern according to the pattern, and the patterning of the grain cannot be facilitated. Moreover, it is difficult to form a delicate pattern by sandblasting.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a decorative molded product that can simultaneously change a matte tone and a color tone, and can easily set a pattern of an area that gives the change. The object is to provide a production method and a decorative molded product obtained thereby.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a step of forming a colored glossy layer containing a metal component in a dispersed manner on at least a part of the surface of a molded product, and irradiating the colored glossy layer with a laser, A process for producing a decorative molded product comprising a step of processing at least a part of the metal component contained in the laser beam to produce a matte tone on the colored glossy layer and changing it to a colored non-glossy layer. It is set as the summary of 1.
In addition, the present invention has, in particular, a method for producing a decorative molded product using a molded product made of a transparent material as the molded product, and the laser irradiation is performed using a YAG laser, YVO4 laser, or A third gist is a method of manufacturing a decorative molded product which is performed using any one of the semiconductor lasers.
And this invention is the decoration molded product obtained by the manufacturing method which is the summary of any one of said 1st-3rd, Comprising: The colored non-gloss formed in the at least one part of the surface of this molded product and this molded product The colored non-glossy layer is a matte colored non-glossy layer obtained by removing at least a part of the metal component from the colored glossy layer containing the metal component in a dispersed manner by laser irradiation. The decorative molded product is the fourth gist.
That is, in the method for producing a decorative molded product according to the present invention, first, a colored glossy layer containing a metal component is formed on at least a part of the surface of the molded product, and then the colored glossy layer is irradiated with a laser. It is a thing. By this laser irradiation, at least a part of the metal component contained in the colored glossy layer is removed. Along with this, the ink component above the removed metal component (colored gloss layer component other than the metal component) is also removed at the same time. Thereby, a laser irradiation part becomes uneven | corrugated shape and becomes a matte tone. That is, the colored glossy layer is changed to a colored non-glossy layer by removing a metal component (cause of gloss of the colored glossy layer) by laser irradiation and accompanying removal of the ink component. In addition, in the portion where the thickness of the colored non-glossy layer is thin (the concave and convex portions described above) and the portion where the metal component is eliminated, the surface of the molded product can be seen through the colored non-glossy layer, In the part where the thickness of the colored non-glossy layer remains relatively thick (the convexo-concave convex part) or the part where the metal component remains, the surface of the molded product is not visible through the colored non-glossy layer. As a result, the colored non-glossy layer becomes translucent.
Furthermore, since the method for producing a decorative molded product of the present invention performs the change from the colored glossy layer to the colored non-glossy layer by laser irradiation, by adjusting the laser intensity, irradiation time, etc. with a laser device, The degree of removal of the metal component in the colored gloss layer and the ink component thereabove can be adjusted, and as a result, the matte tone and the degree of translucency can be set. Further, by adjusting the laser irradiation area or the like with the laser device, the removal area of the metal component and the ink component thereabove can be adjusted, and as a result, a matte pattern can be set. Further, by appropriately setting the laser irradiation conditions with the laser device as described above, the uniformity and non-uniformity of the formed colored non-gloss layer can be freely set.
In the method for producing a decorative molded product of the present invention, after forming a colored glossy layer containing a metal component in a dispersed manner on at least a part of the surface of the molded product, the colored glossy layer is irradiated with a laser so that at least one of the above metal components is present. In order to remove the portion, the laser-irradiated portion of the colored glossy layer can be formed in a colored translucent matte tone that has not been conventionally available. Further, since the metal component contained in the colored glossy layer is removed by laser irradiation, the matte color and pattern can be easily set by adjusting the laser irradiation conditions with a laser device. .
In particular, when a molded product made of a transparent material is used as the molded product, the transparent molded product is seen through from the surface opposite to the colored non-glossy layer forming surface (the back surface of the molded product). Since the matte tone of the colored non-glossy layer can be seen, an interesting decorative property can be obtained. Prior to the formation of the colored glossy layer, if characters or patterns are formed on the surface of the molded product by printing or the like, the characters and the like are transparent from the surface opposite to the colored non-glossy layer forming surface. It is also possible to see through a molded product. In this case, the matte tone of the colored non-glossy layer becomes the background of the characters and the like, and a more interesting decoration can be obtained.
In addition, when the laser irradiation is performed using any one of a YAG laser, a YVO4 laser, or a semiconductor laser, the metal component contained in the colored glossy layer can be removed efficiently and beautifully. It can be finished and is suitable.
And since the decorative molded product of the present invention is obtained by the above-mentioned method for producing a decorative molded product, the colored non-glossy layer formed on at least a part of the surface has a conventional color translucent matte tone. It is excellent in decorativeness.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Fig.1 (a) is a perspective view which shows 1st Embodiment of the decorative molded product of this invention, FIG.1 (b) is the XX sectional drawing. This decorative molded product is obtained by forming a colored non-glossy layer (decorative layer) 2 on a part of the surface of a transparent molded product 1 [a part excluding the
Such a decorative molded product can be manufactured as follows. 2A to 2C referred to in the description of the manufacturing method, the thickness of the
First, as shown to Fig.2 (a), the said character is printed in the predetermined position of the surface of the said transparent molded
Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, at a predetermined position on the surface of the transparent molded
Then, as shown in FIG. 2C, the colored
In this way, the target decorative molded product [see FIGS. 1A and 1B] can be obtained. In this decorative molded product, the colored
In the above example, examples of the material for forming the transparent molded
As described above, the colored
Examples of the material for forming the character printing ink (material for forming the character print layer 3) include acrylic, rubber-based, and acrylic / vinyl-based materials.
In the laser irradiation, a laser such as a YAG laser, a YVO4 laser, or a semiconductor laser is used as the laser so that the
The second embodiment of the decorative molded product of the present invention is the decorative molded product shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), in which the character is not printed on the surface of the transparent molded
Also in the decorative molded product of this embodiment, the colored
In the third embodiment of the decorative molded product of the present invention, in the decorative molded product shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and (b), the molded product on which the colored
Examples of the material for forming the opaque molded product include synthetic resins such as acrylic resin, AS resin, and ABS resin, and metals such as stainless steel.
Also in the decorative molded product of this embodiment, the colored
Next, examples will be described together with comparative examples. However, the present invention is not limited to the examples.

As a molded product, a colorless and transparent plate-like product (
Then, the metallic ink was printed on the surface of the colorless and transparent molded product by silk screen printing to form a colored glossy layer having a thickness of 30 μm. Subsequently, the colored glossy layer was irradiated with a YAG laser by the laser device. In this YAG laser, the scanning speed was set to 1000 mm / SEC in order to remove the aluminum powder. Further, the laser intensity was set to 6 W, and the laser irradiation time was set to 30 seconds. In this way, the colored glossy layer was changed to a colored non-glossy layer processed into a green translucent matte tone to obtain a decorative molded product.

[Comparative Example 3]
Unevenness was formed on the surface of the green opaque plate-like molded product made of the same acrylic resin as in Example 2 by sandblasting, and the surface on which the unevenness was formed was matte.
[Appearance evaluation]
The external appearance of the decorative molded products of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 was visually observed. As a result, in the decorative molded products of Examples 1 and 2, the colored non-glossy layer formed in a matte tone became translucent and excellent in decorativeness. In particular, in the decorative molded product of Example 1, since the colored non-gloss layer was formed on the surface of the transparent molded product, the decorative molded product had an interesting decorative property. On the other hand, in the decorative molded products of Comparative Examples 1 to 3, there was no change in the color tone of the matte portion and the base material resin, and the decorativeness was inferior.
In Examples 1 and 2, the same result as above was obtained even when a mirror ink was used instead of the metallic ink as the material for forming the colored glossy layer. In addition, the same results as described above were obtained when a YVO4 laser or a semiconductor laser was used instead of the YAG laser.
The method for producing a decorative molded product of the present invention can be used for manufacturing a molded product that requires decorativeness, such as a cosmetic container or a mobile phone.
