2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in order to suppress energy consumption, for example, a window glass is doubled, or a gap between an outer wall and a room is filled with a heat insulating or soundproofing material, thereby significantly improving the heat insulation, soundproofing and confidentiality of the room. It has been raised to. Since such rooms with enhanced heat insulation, soundproofing, and confidentiality are often used in a closed state, the room is always kept warm and soundproof, especially the wind noise when blowing air and the noise from the air source. It is necessary to ventilate while preventing.

In the blowing hose described in the above-mentioned publication, since each member is spirally wound while adhering its ends to each other, a tubular hose is formed.
There is a problem that it takes time and productivity is reduced. Further, since the blowing hose is formed by spirally winding each member while adhering the respective ends to each other, when the blowing hose is bent at the time of this piping, the spirally bonded portion is easily peeled off. There was a problem that the durability was poor.

The synthetic resin wire thus melted is used as the sound absorbing material 2
When supplied to the outer periphery of the sound absorbing material 2, the high heat causes the thin synthetic resin film 5 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the sound absorbing material 2 to soften and melt, so that the synthetic resin reinforcing coil 3 is directly attached to the sound absorbing material 2. Integrated into In this embodiment, a thin synthetic resin film 5 is provided on the outer periphery of the tubular sound-absorbing material 2. However, this synthetic resin film 5 can be omitted. In this case, the molten synthetic resin wire is used. Will be directly attached to the outer periphery of the sound absorbing material 2.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5, a heat insulating material 4 formed of a sheet of a closed-cell foamed polyethylene foam is wound around the outer periphery of the sound absorbing material 2 formed in a tubular shape and the reinforcing coil 3 made of synthetic resin. When the side edges 4a and 4b are adhered to each other with the adhesive 9, the soundproof and heat insulating hose 1 is formed here. At this time, when the heat insulating material 4 is wound around the synthetic resin wire provided in a coil shape on the outer periphery of the sound absorbing material 2 at high heat, the heat insulating material 4 at the portion contacting the synthetic resin wire at the high temperature is softened and melted,
Since the sound absorbing material 2 and the heat insulating material 4 are bonded to each other via the synthetic resin reinforcing coil 3 and are separated from each other at other portions, the sound insulating and heat insulating hose 1 is easily bent.

The soundproof and heat-insulating hose 1 formed as described above is made of synthetic resin when bent or piped to supply cooling or hot gas from a cooling or hot gas supply source to each room of the house. The heat insulating material 4 and the sound absorbing material 2 can be freely bent in a shape-retained state without being deformed by the reinforcing coil 3 and can be easily piped. Thus, when ventilating or supplying cold / hot gas with the piped soundproof and heat-insulating hose 1, the noise of the cold / hot gas supply source and the wind noise generated at the time of ventilation such as ventilation are absorbed by the sound absorbing material 2. It becomes difficult to reach each room.

The sound insulating and heat insulating hose 1 has an outer peripheral portion covered with a heat insulating material 4, and the heat insulating material 4 prevents loss due to heat dissipation of cold and hot gas flowing through the inside of the sound absorbing material 2. In addition, the energy saving effect can be enhanced. In addition, the nonwoven fabric 6 stuck to the inner surface of the continuous urethane foam 7 in the above-described embodiment can be a thin film having holes or holes, or a knitted fabric formed by knitting ultrafine fibers. Needless to say.

As described above, according to the present invention, a sound absorbing material in which a film is adhered to an inner surface formed into a tubular shape by joining both side edges and a tubular sound absorbing material is adhered to the outer periphery of the tubular sound absorbing material. And a heat insulating material covering the outer periphery of the synthetic resin reinforcing coil, so that the sound absorbing material absorbs wind noise at the time of blowing air and noise from a blowing source, thereby reducing noise. While preventing the generation and transmission of noise, the productivity can be greatly improved compared to those formed by spirally winding each of the members constituting the soundproof and heat-insulating hose, and the manufacturing cost is reduced accordingly. There is an advantage that can be.
