As apparent from the above description, the foldable packing box provided with the buffer structure according to the present invention has the following practically excellent effects. (A) By simply folding one cardboard, each of the bottom surface, the peripheral wall, and the lid surface has a hollow double-wall structure at least partially, and can easily and quickly be folded into a packing box having excellent cushioning performance. Can be raised. (B) Therefore, a packing material for packing made of styrene foam or the like, which has been required in the past, becomes unnecessary. (C) Therefore, the efficiency of the packing work is remarkably improved,
Expenses for purchasing and storing packing materials can be saved. (D) Since a spacer piece or a hanging piece that comes into contact with the opposed outer wall surface is protrudingly provided on the inner wall surface of the hollow double wall constituting the bottom and the peripheral wall of the box, any strong external force causes There is no danger of the double wall structure being collapsed. (E) The buffer performance of the packing box can be easily and finely adjusted for each part simply by appropriately changing the shape and arrangement of the hanging pieces and the spacer pieces. (F) One lid piece that does not need to function as a lid piece
The accessories can be quickly packed in a buffered state by being bent into the form of the component storage shelf. (G) When one set of opposing cover pieces is bent into the form of a lid-side buffer structure, and another set of opposing cover pieces functions as a double-leafed cover piece, the edge of each cover piece is If the inserted cover closing inserts are inserted into the oblique insertion slits provided on the side wall surface of the cover-side buffer structure, the inserts will not easily come out even under a strong external force. (H) Only by connecting a reinforcing piece to be superimposed on the side end of the bottom piece, the corner at the bottom side of the packing box can be sufficiently reinforced. (I) By providing a recessed portion on the inner wall surface of the bottom side buffer structure, it becomes easy to take out the packaged article. (J) The buffer performance of this structural portion can be easily adjusted by providing a hollow in the side wall surface or the like of the bottom buffer structure. (K) A separately prepared component storage case that can be folded up from one piece of cardboard can be stored in a coherent manner by utilizing the space between the hollow double walls.
