Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can be easily and quickly folded from a single cardboard, for example, a shock-resistant article such as a compact disc player without using a conventional packing material such as polystyrene foam packing. It is related with the foldable packing box provided with the double wall structure which can be packed in.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when packing an electric product sensitive to impacts using a cardboard box, a foamed polystyrene packing is applied to a key point.
On the other hand, laminated packing in which a large number of cardboard pieces are bonded to form a desired shape has also been used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, polystyrene foam wasted valuable oil resources and created various complications when disposing of the packing.
In addition, the laminated packing takes too much time for production and is bulky like the one made of polystyrene foam, so that the storage and transportation costs also increase.
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to fold up easily and quickly from a single piece of corrugated cardboard. However, it is to provide a folding packaging box having a double wall structure that can be packed in a buffered state.
[0004]

It was made to be characterized. The standing piece 11 is preferably provided with a notch 11a for adjusting the buffer function.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a packaging box of a CD player (hereinafter referred to as a packaging article) will be described with reference to the drawings.
The packaging box of this embodiment can be easily and quickly folded from the single cardboard 100 of the form shown in FIG. 1 while storing the packaging article 300 in a buffered support state as shown in FIGS. As can be understood from FIGS. 9 and 10, all of the portions where the six surfaces of the rectangular parallelepiped packaging article 300 are in contact with each other have a partial double wall structure 200.
The packaging box 200 can be folded flatly as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 during storage and transportation.
[0006]
The cardboard 100 is provided with a number of folds and cuts so that the packaging box 200 can be folded up with a single double wall at each of the locations where the packing article 300 is buffered and supported. Therefore, how to provide them will be described in detail.
In addition, since the shape of each of the left and right half portions is the same with respect to the central portion of the fairly horizontally long cardboard 100, the half portion 101 (see FIG. 2) is connected in succession through the adhesive margin piece 1E. By sticking together, the cost of punching from the corrugated cardboard is reduced.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 1, the corrugated cardboard 100 is formed by folding bottom side pieces 2A to 2D and lid side sides 3A to 3D on the lower and upper sides of the four side wall surfaces 1A to 1D constituting the peripheral wall of the box. A configuration in which A and B are connected in series is provided. 1E is a paste margin piece that connects the side wall surfaces 1A to 1D in a rectangular tube shape.
A slit-like insertion hole 4 (see FIG. 2) is provided in the middle of the side wall surfaces 1A and 1C.
[0008]
In FIG. 2 showing a half portion 101 of the cardboard 100, the bottom piece 2A (2C) has a parallel crease for folding into a U shape inward of the box to form a partial double bottom. C1 and C2 are provided.
Near the both ends of the parallel crease C2, the slits 5 and 5 having a predetermined length are provided in parallel so as to straddle both sides of the crease, and the parallel crease C2 is absent between the two slits.
Between the two slits 5 and 5, the portion between these is bent in an L shape in the vertical direction to form an upward stepped portion T1 having an inner bottom surface 6 and an inner wall surface 7 as shown in FIG. Parallel folds D1 to D3 are provided for this purpose.
[0009]
Further, a U-shaped cut 8 is provided in the middle portion of the inner bottom surface 6 so that the ends of both legs are in contact with the crease D2, and the crease D2 is absent between the legs.
Thereby, the drooping piece 9 surrounded by the U-shaped cut 8 is formed. Reference numeral 10 denotes a finger hook hole.
[0010]
Further, a standing piece 11 that stands up in a state of being attached to the side wall surface 1A (1C) is connected to the lower edge (in FIG. 2) of the bottom piece 2A (2C) via a rising fold E. is doing. The upright piece 11 is provided with a notch 11a on the upper edge side in the upright state, leaving the left and right end portions thereof, to adjust the buffer function.
In addition, a flat U-shaped cut 12 is provided in the middle portion on the bottom side of the upright piece 11 so that the ends of both legs are in contact with the fold E, and the fold E is not provided between the two legs.
As a result, the insertion piece 13 surrounded by the U-shaped cut 12 is formed.
[0011]
The standing piece 11 is assumed to be folded on the top surface 14 of the stepped portion T1 without being raised depending on the type of the packaged article.
[0012]
The bottom piece 2B (2D) is also provided with parallel folds F1 and F2 for bending in a U-shape toward the inside of the box to form a partial double bottom.
In order to avoid the double bottom from interfering with the partial double bottom formed by the bottom piece 2A (2C) during the folding process of the packaging box 200, as shown in FIG. The bottom piece 2B (2D) has a drum shape in which the middle part in the vertical direction is constricted from both the left and right sides.
[0013]
An inner wall surface 16 is connected to the lower edge of the portion that becomes the partial inner bottom surface 15 between the lower edge of the bottom piece 2B (2D) and the parallel fold line F2 via the rising fold line G. ing.
On the upper edge of the inner wall surface 16 in the upright state, notches 16a for adjusting the buffer function are provided at a plurality of locations.
[0014]
On the other hand, the lid side piece 3A (3C) is also partially provided with a double wall structure as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 by bending each lid side piece in a U shape inward of the box. Parallel folds H1 and H2 are provided for forming the inner lid 20.
Near the both ends of the parallel crease H2, L-shaped slits 21 are provided in a symmetrical arrangement so as to straddle both sides of the crease, and the parallel crease H2 is absent between the two slits.
[0015]
Between the two slits 21, 21, the portion between these is bent in an L shape in the vertical direction, and as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a downward stepped portion having an inner lid surface 22 and an inner wall surface 23. Parallel folds I1 to I3 are provided for forming T2.
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the bent pieces 24 are formed on the outer sides of the slits 21 so that the bent pieces 24 are respectively applied to both side ends of the stepped portion T2. A cut 25 and a fold 26 are provided.
[0016]
Next, a description will be given of a procedure for packing the packed article 300 in a buffer support state while assembling the packing box 200 from the cardboard 100.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, each half part 101 made by dividing into left and right parts and punching and cutting from the original fabric is formed in a rectangular tube shape by two paste margin pieces 1E while overlapping each other. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the packaging box 200 in a flattened state is completed.
Prior to this connection, each fold of the half portion 101 may be creased in advance in a predetermined folding direction.
[0017]
First, as shown in FIG. 5, the packing operation is performed by expanding the side wall surfaces 1 </ b> A to 1 </ b> D of the folded packing box 200 into a rectangular tube shape.
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the bottom pieces 2B and 2D are folded inward in the box along the parallel folds F1 and F2, respectively, and the inner wall surface 16 is erected. When standing along the upper fold line G, a part of a double bottom having a pair of inner bottom surfaces 15 and 15 is formed.
[0018]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the upright pieces 11 are folded into the creases E while the bottom pieces 2A and 2C are folded inward in the box along the parallel fold lines C1 and C2, respectively. Stand up along the fold.
At this time, the insertion piece 13 which is left unbent is inserted into the insertion holes 4 provided in the side wall surfaces 1A and 1C.
Thereby, the U-shaped bent shape of the bottom side pieces 2A and 2C is securely fixed and can withstand a strong pressing force from above.
[0019]
Simultaneously with or following the above bending operation, the portion between the left and right slits 5 and 5 is bent in an L shape inward along the parallel folds D1 to D3. As a result, an upward stepped portion T1 is formed.
The stepped portion T1 is used for buffering and supporting the lower corner portions of both side ends of the packaged article 300 by fitting.
[0020]
When the bottom-side pieces 2A and 2C are bent as described above, both side ends of the inner wall surface 16 provided on the bottom-side pieces 2B and 2D side are formed in the slits 5 and 5 as shown in FIG. Insert it and keep it upright.
And the drooping piece 9 left unfolded plays a role of supporting the inner bottom surface 6 in a cushioning manner.
[0021]
At this stage, a double bottom having inner bottom surfaces 6, 6 and 15, 15 is formed in the packaging box 200 folded in a state where the lid is opened.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the packing article 300 is placed on the double bottom, and the lower corners of both side ends thereof are formed on the stepped portions T1 formed on the left and right sides in the box. Insert each one.
[0022]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a set of inner lids 20 and 20 for protecting the upper surface side of the packaged article 300 in a buffered state is formed.
For this purpose, the lid-side pieces 3A and 3C are bent inwardly along the parallel fold lines H1 and H2, respectively, in a U-shape.
At the same time, as shown in FIG. 9, the portion between the pair of slits 21, 21 is bent inward along the parallel folds I <b> 1 to I <b> 3 into an L shape, and the inner lid surface 22 and the inner wall surface 23. The downward stepped portions T2 and T2 provided with are formed.
[0023]
When the formed inner lids 20 and 20 are completely covered on the packaging article 300, as shown in FIG. 10, the upper corners at both ends of the packaging article 300 are respectively fitted into the step portions T2. It will be in the state.
Along with this insertion, the bent pieces 24 that have not been bent yet and are provided outside the slits 21 are pushed away by the packing article 300 and bent at a right angle.
As a result, the front surface and the rear surface at both side ends of the packaged article 300 are supported by the bent pieces 24 in a cushioning manner (see FIGS. 9 and 10).
[0024]
Therefore, finally, if the lid side pieces 3B and 3D are folded on the pair of inner lids 20 and 20 as shown in FIG. 11, the packaging is different from the explanation of the complicated folding operation described above. A series of packing operations including the folding operation of each set of stepped portions T1 and T2 that have a double wall structure that supports each side end of the article 300 with cushioning support and plays the role of packing is extremely simple and quick. Can finish.
[0025]
In order to fold the used packaging box 200, the bottom of the box is pushed down, and the bottom side pieces 2A to 2D and the lid side pieces 3A to 3D are raised in a flat state, as shown in FIGS. Just crush it.
In that case, each bottom side piece 2A-2D may be bent inward, and may be made to superpose | polymerize inside the surrounding wall surfaces 1A-1D.
[0026]
In the above configuration, the object of the present invention can be achieved even if the detailed structure is changed as appropriate.
For example, how to provide each crease or cut may be appropriately changed according to the shape and size of each packaged article as long as it includes the constituent elements described in the claims.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the folding packaging box having the double wall structure according to the present invention has excellent practical effects as listed below.
(A) A simple and quick packaging box with a partial double wall structure for buffering and supporting packaging articles on the bottom surface, peripheral wall surface, and lid surface by simply bending one cardboard. Folded up.
(B) Since the conventional bulky packing made of foamed polystyrene or corrugated cardboard, which is made separately from the box, is unnecessary, storage / transport costs and inventory management costs can be significantly reduced.
(C) And the waste of valuable petroleum resources and the problem of disposal processing, which are serious drawbacks of the polystyrene foam packing, are also solved.
(D) The standing piece that is provided on the inner bottom surface of the double bottom and rises along the side wall surface reliably prevents the inner bottom surface from dropping due to a large load.
(E) The buffering function of the upright piece can be arbitrarily adjusted by providing a notch 11a or putting the upright piece on its side.
