In order to be able to use it as a base material for cash cards), and before applying the required printing to the outer surfaces of the laminated sheets or films 12 and 13 by offset printing, This is for forming a thin film sheet or 11, 14 as a print protection layer.

Unlike the resin film, the polyester film has a drawback that the polyester films do not adhere to each other, and thus cannot be used for this type of card material.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a card material for producing various cards such as a cash card which does not generate a highly toxic substance such as dioxin even after incineration. It is assumed that.

For example, the two substrates arranged on the inner side have a thickness of 250 μm, and the substrates arranged on the outer side have a thickness of 50 μm, considering the thickness of the adhesive layer, The finished thickness should be 760 μm.

As the substrates 1 and 4, transparent polyester films each having a thickness of 50 μm are used. 1a, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, and 4a are adhesive layers formed by laminating a polyolefin-based resin film, for example, a polyethylene film on the bonding surface of each of the substrates 1, 2, 3, and 4. The thickness of the adhesive layer is about 30 μm. At least the adhesive layers 1a, 2a, 3b, 4a are made of a transparent polyolefin resin film, for example, a polyethylene film, and the bases 1, 2, 3, 4 are polymerized. Then, it is heated and pressed so that the thickness becomes approximately 760 μm when formed into a card material. In addition, the above-mentioned adhesive layers 1a, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b,
4a is formed by applying an anchor coat to the base materials 1, 2, 3, and 4 and extruding and laminating a polyethylene film thereon. Usually, the base materials 2 and 3 are preliminarily printed on their outer surfaces in order to form a card.

Therefore, if the bases 2 and 3 are formed further from the beginning, the bases 2 and 3 are formed in a sheet shape, so that it is difficult to wind them into a small-diameter roll, and the handling convenience such as storage and transportation is lacking. This is because one of the base materials 2 or 3 can cope with a predetermined thickness of a thin card such as a card or a ticket card.

Therefore, even if it is formed into a card such as a cash card and then incinerated when it becomes unnecessary, dioxin can be removed as in a conventional card material using a vinyl chloride sheet or film. There is no danger of this. This is because polyethylene terephthalate, a polyester film used as a base material, is used for so-called PET bottles and is considered to be highly safe.
This is because the film is biaxially stretched. In addition, since this polyester film is tough and excellent in dimensional stability, and also excellent in electrical properties, cold resistance and chemical resistance, it can be used as a base material to obtain a very high quality card material. Can be obtained.

Since it is formed by applying heat and pressure through an adhesive layer and formed to a predetermined size, there is no risk of generating harmful gas even if it is incinerated after forming it on a card. It is suitable as a card material which replaces the card material used in the above.
