を中心とする底面の一部を深い断面円弧状に形成して一
方を立上がり板として延長し、その延長部を切粉投棄部
とした切粉搬送板となし、残部を断面円弧状に形成した
クーラント液投入槽の両側板の一方の側板に設けた丸棒
状回転軸受に前記濾過ドラムの丸棒回転軸を、他方の側
板に設けた環状回転軸受に前記濾過ドラムの環状回転軸
を回転自在に軸架し、上記濾過ドラムの環状回転軸とこ
れを軸架するクーラント液投入槽の環状回転軸受と側板
で環状開放部を形成し、該側板側の環状開放部側に受槽
を配すると共に、前記クーラント液投入槽の両側板の前
記状態で軸架した濾過ドラムの立上がり板上方で、かつ
切粉搬送板の切粉投棄部寄りの箇所に歯車を回転自在に
軸架し、該歯車と前記濾過ドラムの歯車間に複数の掻取
り板を間隔を開けて平行に支持したチェーンを架け回
し、駆動源からの駆動力を歯車に受けてチェーンを介し
て濾過ドラムを回転させ、前記搬送羽根によってクーラ
ント液投入槽の底部に溜まった切粉をクーラント液投入
槽の底部の深い断面円弧状部に搬送し、チェーンで支持
した掻取り板がクーラント液投入槽の底部の深い断面円
弧状部、切粉搬送板面を摺動して回動し、底部の深い断
面円弧状部に搬送された切粉を切粉投棄部より排出する
ことを特徴とするドラムフィルタ式セパレータ。
