Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ventilate surely by forming a lower-side ventilating passage section of a ventilating passage member communicated with the opening section of the corner ridge of a roof and a passage forming member and forming an upper-side ventilating passage section of a passage forming member communicated with the lower-side ventilating passage section and a ridge roof member. SOLUTION: Approximately box-shaped ventilating passage members 1 having weep-hole sections 1c in bases 1b are installed on both sides of the opening section A2 of the ridge A3 of a roof A. A passage forming member 3 is crossed over the ventilating passage members 1 without closing first and second openings 111, 112, and a lower-side ventilating passage section X is formed. A ridge roof member 4 with a ventilating opening section 411 is laminated to the passage forming member 3 at a proper space S, and nailed to the ventilating passage members 1 through a mounting piece 412, and an upper-side ventilating passage section Y is formed. Ventilation is conducted through the paths of an attic →the opening section A2 → the first opening 111 → the lower-side ventilating passage section X →the second opening 112 → the upper-side ventilating passage section Y → the ventilating opening section → the inside of the atmospheric air. Accordingly, sure efficient ridge ventilation can be performed.

Description of the Related Art As prior art relating to a roof ventilation device, there are related inventions related to the present invention, such as a roof ventilation device disclosed in JP-A-7-48909 and a ridge ventilation structure disclosed in JP-A-8-68172. . The contents will be described. An object of the first invention is to improve the waterproofness and moistureproofness by closing a ventilation passage in rainy weather or when humidity is high. That is, in a roof ventilation device having a ventilation passage for performing indoor ventilation,
A moisture absorbing and expanding member is provided in the ventilation passage, and the ventilation passage is closed in a state where the moisture absorbing and expanding member has absorbed and expanded. Next, another object of the present invention is to increase the amount of ventilation by expanding a negative pressure region where a differential pressure is large in a ridge ventilation structure in which a ridge roof material main body is disposed on a ridge roof base member. That is, a ridge consisting of first and second inclined pieces having a large number of exhaust ports and first and second leg pieces on a ridge roof base member having a ventilation port attached across the roof ridge. It is a ridge ventilation structure with a roof material body.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
With a configuration in which an opening of a predetermined length is provided in the longitudinal direction of the roof, a base or ridge roof base member made of a band-shaped thin sheet metal member and a cover for a flat ridge or a ridge roof material main body are provided with the opening as it is. It has a configuration. However, in the invention of the above-mentioned document, the air that has risen from the opening of the roof is radiated into the atmosphere from the exhaust port through a one-way ventilation passage. Therefore, there is a risk that rainwater will flow back into the ventilation passage in the case of heavy wind rain or heavy rain. In order to prevent backflow of rainwater, it is prevented by providing a water absorption piece or a water return piece of an airflow space, or a rain blocking piece. However, there are difficulties in securing the backflow prevention effect or securing the interception of rainwater over time. is there.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS To describe ventilation, a substantially box-shaped ventilation passage member is provided on both flow surfaces of a roof opening via a sealer and caulking (waterproof means). A passage forming member is provided so as to straddle the ventilation passage member, and the passage forming member and the ventilation passage member are nailed. The passage forming member covers except for the first and second openings of the ventilation passage member. When this ventilation passage member is made of resin, it helps to prevent deterioration due to sunlight. Also, first and second openings are formed,
In addition, a passage forming member is provided in the ventilation passage member to form a lower ventilation passage portion. On the ventilation passage member and the passage forming member, a ridge roof member having a drain portion and a ventilation opening is laminated, and an upper ventilation passage portion is formed between the ridge roof member and the passage forming member. This lower upper ventilation passage is configured, the lower ventilation passage is in the attic through the opening, and the upper ventilation passage is in the atmosphere through the ventilation opening,
Each is communicated. Therefore, ventilation is based on the attic → opening → first opening → lower ventilation passage → second opening → upper ventilation passage → ventilation → atmosphere.

The rainwater will be described. Rainwater flowing from the ventilation opening of the upper ventilation passage portion flows down the upper surface of the passage forming member, and then reaches the bottom surface of the ventilation passage member through the second opening. The rainwater that has reached the bottom surface is configured to flow down from the drainage portion provided on the bottom surface to the roof material from the drainage portion provided on the mounting piece of the ridge roof member. Also, rainwater that has reached the lower ventilation passage is shut by a weir member provided in a ventilation passage member constituting the lower ventilation passage to prevent rainwater from entering the attic.
