2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 9 is an explanatory view of a conventional retaining wall (water channel) block. FIG. 9 (a) shows a straight retaining wall (water channel) block W integrally manufactured and a sloped retaining wall. (Waterway) Block WK is shown, but in the case of an outer curve, which will be described later, other than the straight construction, the bottom slab 10 is cut 10c with a diamond saw or a wire saw in accordance with the state of the curved construction, or the formwork is previously formed at the time of manufacturing. It is necessary to remodel the bottom slab to cut dimensions, and since the formwork that integrally forms the retaining wall block upside down is complicated and expensive, avoid damage to the formwork due to remodeling such as steel plate welding, and cut styrofoam ( Disposable)
It is dangerous because it is often necessary to work with people at high places, because it involves mounting at high altitudes. In the production of small quantities of many types, various patterns created each time according to the modification of the height of the front walls 5 and 6 or the demand There is a drawback that it takes time to change the mold and the like, and it is not possible to respond quickly and the product price increases.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the configuration of the present invention corresponding to an outer curve A (shown on the left) whose construction curve bulges outward and an inward curve B (shown on the right) which is a reversing curve. The upper part of the outer curve A and the lower part of the inner curve B schematically show an embodiment corresponding to both curves. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the embodiment (for the outer curve) of the present invention. Is shown. First, a description will be given of the front wall block 50 for the outer curve A, which is manufactured by flattening by dividing. The chord length of an arbitrary size inscribed in the construction curve s1 having the radius of curvature R, that is, the lower width L1
(A standard product is about 2 m, and a product of about 1 m is used for adjusting a laying section or when the minimum radius of curvature R is particularly small, such as 5 m or less.) The lower width L1 both ends a and b and a center of curvature radius o. Has an upper width L2 inscribed in a concentric curve s2 intersecting with the lines ao, bo connecting

With the above construction, both sides of the adjacent front wall block 50 having an arbitrary slope can be brought into contact with both sides of the bottom slab block 100 at the time of curve construction, and the connection plate jp shown is also a standard product. It can be used, and the construction period can be shortened without a complicated process such as setting a cast-in-place concrete in a gap at a construction site and casting cast-in-place concrete, and curing for a predetermined period. When the radius of curvature R is extremely large, the above-mentioned lines ao and bo approach a parallel line, so that the lower width L1 and the upper width L2 of the front wall block, and the front width L3 and the rear width L4 of the bottom block block. It goes without saying that the dimensional difference is small.

FIG. 8 is an explanatory view of various curve constructions.
(1) is a diagram showing a single curve having a center o and a radius of curvature R. When a dimension of, for example, a front width of 2 m is allocated on the construction curve s1 and a wall height, a slope, and the like are taken into consideration, each part of the front wall block 50 is obtained. The dimensions and the rear width L4 of the bottom slab block 100 are also determined, and it is possible to easily manufacture a slope-retaining retaining wall and waterway block for curve construction that is divided and flattened. FIG. 8 (2) is a compound curve obtained by combining single curves having different radii of curvature R1 and R2.
(3) is a reverse curve in which the radius of curvature R is connected in a zigzag manner,
In the hairpin curve of FIG. 7D, when the radius of curvature R2 is extremely small, the front wall block 50 having a front width of 1 m is used.
FIG. 8 (5) shows a clothoid curve (between Q and P) used as a transition curve between a straight section and a curved section of a route. Divided production by flat-punching of retaining wall (waterway) blocks with arbitrary slopes (including simple formwork)
Can be provided in a shorter time.

According to the present invention, the front wall block is manufactured at a low cost because it is divided and manufactured by flat striking, and the inclination of the top end, the lower width, the upper width, the wall height, and the like can be easily changed by the partition plate. Also, the formwork for manufacturing the bottom block is inexpensive, and the front width, rear width, length adjustment, remodeling, etc. can be easily performed. In addition, the slope setting of the front wall block can be easily changed by changing the connection member, custom-made products for landscape products and environmental protection can be handled in a short period of time, and these custom-made products can be easily manufactured from the stock of standard products. Steam curing, easy transport in the factory, and effective use of the stockyard by flat stacking. In addition, since there is no gap at the time of curving, there is a great effect that the construction period can be shortened, the total cost can be reduced, and measures for preventing slippage are easy. Further, in the case of a site where the loading path is narrow, there is also an advantage that the device can be loaded in a small vehicle while being disassembled and assembled locally with a light heavy machine.

0.3] or 5 minute [1: 0.5] gradients are often used. ) Is formed into a flat plate having a length HL (same as the height in the case of a straight wall) satisfying the required height H, and the concentrated stress applied to the connecting portion when the front wall block 50 and the bottom plate block 100 are connected is dispersed. Therefore, in order to strengthen the adhesive force on the fastening member 126 having the threaded portion 125 engraved at one end, a fastening member 120 to which a fixing member 128 such as a perpendicular steel bar or a perforated steel plate is fixed and a threaded portion for fastening are attached. The threaded portion 125 is exposed and embedded in the concave portion 54 (to facilitate assembly) on the rear side. In addition, since it is manufactured with a flat-molded formwork (placed in a horizontal state), the formwork is simple and inexpensive. Various patterns can be formed on the front surface by a pattern of rubber, urethane resin, etc. By mounting the board, the top edge t matches the vertical slope of the route
The k top end height and the like can be easily formed.
