Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] In the aging society, medical technology is becoming more advanced. At present, diaper replacement, bathing, temperature measurement, nutrition intake and urination are due to dementia and illness. More and more patients are in need of various types of care, such as the management of medical equipment. Nursing care is a great effort not only for the hospital but also for the patient's family. Although care clothes worn by patients have been devised on the market, they have various disadvantages. The present invention relates to nursing care clothes improved so that nursing work can be performed a little more efficiently. 2. Description of the Related Art (a) A long zipper extends from top to bottom on the left and right sides of a front body in top and bottom coveralls. (Fig. 7) (b) A zipper is attached to the front body of upper and lower coveralls and a crotch zipper is provided. (Fig. 8) (c) A crotch zipper is attached to the rear zipper with top and bottom coveralls. (FIG. 9) (d) The front center zipper is moved to the crotch with the upper and lower coveralls to lock the zipper (FIG. 10). (E) The upper and lower parts are separated and each can be fully opened with the zipper (FIG. 11). (F) In the conventional commercial product, the sleeve portion is slightly larger in size, but the shape is the size of a general dress, that is, the sleeve size (9) is 1.5 times or less the cuff size (11). Met. (FIG. 7, FIG. 8, FIG. 9, FIG. 10, FIG. 11) In the prior art (FIG. 7), since the fastener is long from top to bottom and long, It is necessary to open to a place that is not necessary for nursing care, which makes the patient embarrassed and at the same time causes extra effort and care for the caregiver. The prior art (FIG. 8) (FIG. 9) is very inconvenient for bedridden patients because the fasteners do not merge with each other and must be worn over the head or worn on the feet when putting on and taking off. The crotch fastener provided in the prior art is a function for diaper replacement. Although this type seems convenient when viewed only on clothes, it is often difficult to open the crotch zipper due to the bending and stiffness of the patient's body during actual use. Normally, the position where the diaper is applied is from the inseam to the waist. Although it tends to move to the left, the crotch fastener is designed to open below the crotch, making replacement work difficult. Diaper change is generally performed with crotch fasteners for infants because their weight is light, but for adults, it is particularly hard work in nursing care. A disadvantage with the conventional commercial products is that the actual diaper wearing position of the patient does not open greatly. The prior art (FIG. 10) is considered to be an improvement of the prior art (FIG. 8), in which three fasteners join the crotch portion and the collected fasteners are locked with a key. If you open it, it is easy to change diapers,
The disadvantages were that the key management was troublesome, and most importantly, the point where the fasteners were concentrated on the crotch was not good image. The prior art (FIG. 11) is of an up-and-down type, which is not appropriate for a bedridden patient because the carelessly rolled-up clothes or the patient touches the medical tube or crotch with his / her hands from the upper and lower gaps. As described in the prior art (f), some nursing care clothes have a slightly wider sleeve,
The patient's arm was often bent and rigid, and the patient was painfully forced to extend the arm, for example. Also, when a device for nutrition intake or urination is required, there is a medical tube for connecting the device to the patient, so that a conventional commercially available product had to open the zipper of the nursing clothes to a tremendous place. Also, the medical tube itself is uncomfortable for the patient. As a result, the medical tube is often hooked or pulled out by the patient, causing infusions and urine to be absorbed and soiling the clothes, sheets, and futons, especially if the medical tube for nutrition is forcibly pulled out. The patient's arm had to be fixed on the bed or the caregiver had to look closely because of the long intake time. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks by repeatedly improving the present invention while being engaged in a care site. Means for solving the problem The upper and lower bodies have a joint structure, and the front body has a zipper (5) arranged as a branch point on the chest, and the open zipper (1) has a neckline (8). From any point toward the zipper (5), open zipper (2) from the left foot hem (12) toward zipper (5), open zipper (3) from the right foot hem (13). (5)
, They were attached so that they could be closed. An open fastener is a type in which both ends of the fastener can be completely separated (FIG. 4). A zipper concealer (4) was provided in the part of the zipper zipper (5) in order to conceal the handles of the zippers gathered at one point when each zipper was closed. The sleeve portion was set so that the sleeve-attached dimension (9) was 1.7 to 2.7 times the cuff dimension (11). In addition, a medical tube inlet (7) for nutrition intake and urination was provided, and arranged on the left and right sides of the back body. (FIG. 2) [Action] Three fasteners (1, 2, and 3) provided on the front body
Since the closing end part (zipper handle) of 3) is concentrated on the zipper, only the parts necessary for nursing work can be opened and closed both vertically and horizontally (Fig. 4,
5 and 6). At the time of attachment / detachment, all three are fully opened in the same manner as in the case of FIG. 4 (FIG. 4). By greatly changing the size and shape of the sleeve, the arm can be easily passed through the sleeve even if the arm is bent and rigid. When the zipper is closed, put a button on the concealed zipper (4) (Fig. 1). To use the medical tube inlet (7) for nutrient intake and urination, open one of the zippers on the front body a little and attach hands from inside and outside of the medical tube inlet (7), Closes the front zipper,
Hide the medical tubing behind the patient's arm to prevent them from touching or pulling out the medical tubing. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below. First of all, the upper and lower body should have a joint structure that does not easily come off. On the front body, a zipper (5) is arranged as a branch point on the chest, and the open zipper (1) is neckline (8).
Open zipper (2) from left foot hem (12) toward zipper (5), open zipper (3) from right foot hem (13) from any point of The structure was attached so as to be closed toward the approach (5).
Therefore, it is possible to open only the necessary parts in the vertical and horizontal directions centering on the fastener shift (5). A zipper concealer (4) was provided in the part of the zipper shifter (5) in order to conceal the handles of the zippers gathered at one point when each zipper was closed. Although the fastener hiding (4) is stopped by two buttons in the embodiment, some other stopping means such as a push-type hook can be considered. This can prevent the patient from inadvertently opening the fastener.
As for the sleeve part, the sleeve size (9) is 1.10 of the cuff size (11).
By setting the ratio from 7 times to 2.7 times, even if the patient's arm is bent due to stiffness or paralysis, the patient can pass through the sleeve without difficulty. In addition, since the entrance (7) of the medical tube for nutrition intake and urination was provided,
This solves the problem that conventional commercial products had to leave the zipper for nursing clothes open wide. Although the medical tube is a lifeline of the patient, there is a sense of incongruity, and the medical tube inlets (7) are arranged on the left and right sides of the back body so as to hide behind the patient's arm so that the patient cannot pull out the medical tube. According to the present invention, when nursing work involving nursing clothes is roughly classified, medical tube treatment management such as diaper exchange, temperature measurement, bathing, and depending on the symptoms, nutrition intake and urination are required. Partial opening and closing of the chest, stomach, waist, etc. can now be performed easily according to the content. Even for a patient whose arm is stiff and bent, it is possible to smoothly pass through the sleeve when putting on and taking off the patient, and it is no longer necessary to stretch the patient's arm for pain. The connection and disconnection of medical tubing, etc., were easy to manage, and there was no trouble because there was no need to touch the patient's hand, improving patient safety and halving attendance during nutrition. In addition, because the zipper position is located at the chest, the fashionability is improved compared to the conventional crotch position. The improvement of the care clothes of the present invention could reduce the physical effort and mental stress of the caregiver.
