Description of the Related Art In a conventional marking pen using a volatile solvent as a main solvent, when a pen tip is exposed to the outside for a long time with a cap removed, a solvent volatilizes and a coloring agent, a resin, etc. are dried and solidified. It was impossible to write. Also, especially when using a highly volatile solvent, even if the pen tip is exposed to the outside for a short time, the solvent on the pen tip surface volatilizes and ink does not come out immediately after writing starts, Problems such as blurring occurred. Therefore, when used in a lecture or the like, it is necessary to cap each time, which is troublesome. Furthermore, even when the marking pen was capped, the inside of the cap was not in a completely vacuum / sealed state, so the solvent could not be prevented from gradually evaporating from a slight gap in the cap. . Therefore, even after a long period of time even with the cap on, the solvent has already been volatilized and writing was impossible.
Under these circumstances, JP-A-57-28177 and JP-A-61-34080 have been proposed in the past in order to prevent dry-up. However, none of them could satisfy all of the above-mentioned problems.

Since the disaccharide fatty acid ester of 0 or more and the saturated fatty acid triglyceride having 6 to 12 carbon atoms form a coating on the pen tip surface and suppress the volatilization of the solvent, it is considered that dry-up can be prevented. Since this coating is thin and brittle, it is destroyed at the moment when pressure is applied to the pen tip, and discharges ink immediately after the start of writing.

That is, one or more aliphatic alcohols selected from methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, sec-butanol, isobutanol and tert-butanol are used. Since these solvents have relatively high safety, they are preferably used in the present invention, and about 55 to 95% by weight based on the total amount of the ink can be used.

Organic pigments such as thioindigo, verinone / berylene, isoindolenone, azomethyleneazo, carbon black, mica, titanium white, pearl pigment, iron oxide
An inorganic pigment such as a metal pigment such as aluminum powder and brass can be used. If these pigments are kneaded into a styrene-acrylic acid copolymer, a polyacrylic acid resin, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, or the like to form a processed pigment, they are easily dispersed when mixed with a solvent, which is convenient. Alternatively, a commercially available processed pigment in which a pigment has already been kneaded in a dispersant may be used. Since the pigment does not stain the object to be written, it is preferably used for a marking pen for a writing board, and 1 to 20% by weight based on the total amount of the ink.
Can be used.

Zero or more disaccharide fatty acid esters are maltose-type disaccharides such as maltose and lactose or trehalose-type disaccharides such as trehalose and sucrose, one to eight of the eight hydroxyl groups, and acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid. Diesters of disaccharide fatty acid monoesters, disaccharide fatty acid diesters, and disaccharide fatty acid triesters are substituted by esterification with fatty acids such as caproic acid, caprylic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and behenic acid. Say. In the present invention, any disaccharide fatty acid ester among the above-mentioned disaccharide fatty acid monoester, disaccharide fatty acid diester, and disaccharide fatty acid triester can be used as long as it has an HLB of 10 or more. They can be used in combination. Although the disaccharide fatty acid ester exhibits an excellent effect as a dry-up inhibitor, it must be avoided to mix it in a large amount. If a large amount is blended, the writing line after writing on the writing board does not dry, and wiping becomes difficult. Therefore, the disaccharide fatty acid ester is not preferable because it has an adverse effect on the drying property of the writing line at 0.1% by weight or more based on the total amount of the ink.
0.1% by weight or less based on the total amount of the ink, especially 0.01 to
It is preferable to add 0.09% by weight. However, with such an amount, dry-up cannot be sufficiently prevented. Therefore, it has been found that the performance of dry-up prevention can be improved by adding a saturated fatty acid triglyceride having 6 to 12 carbon atoms without adversely affecting writing line drying. C6-C12 used in the present invention
The saturated fatty acid triglyceride is substituted by esterifying three hydroxyl groups of glycerin with a saturated fatty acid having 6 to 12 carbon atoms such as caproic acid, enanthic acid, caprylic acid, pelargonic acid, capric acid, undecanoic acid and lauric acid. In the present invention, any saturated fatty acid triglyceride can be used, and arbitrarily selected ones can be used as a mixture. The saturated fatty acid triglyceride used in the present invention must be increased or decreased in inverse proportion to the increase or decrease in the amount of the disaccharide fatty acid ester, but 5 to 30% by weight can be used. The disaccharide fatty acid ester used in the present invention has 1 to 1 substitution.
3, and those having an HLB of 10 or more are used. However, those having a substitution number of 4 or more do not completely dissolve due to low solubility in the solvent of the present invention, and have the disadvantage that the ink is unstable over time and the substance is deposited. In addition, those having an HLB of less than 10 are not preferred because they have a drawback in that the film-forming ability on the pen tip surface is weak and a dry-up preventing effect cannot be obtained.
