【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 機壁1に取付けられ、高速回転する遠心
ファン30、このファンを内蔵するファン胴31、及び
排風ダクト32等からなる穀物乾燥機における排風装置
において、排風室8にのぞむファン胴31入り口部にベ
ルマウス状のガイド部34を設け、このガイド部34に
並列して遠心ファン30を、回転軸35中心に複数の羽
根36,36…を所定角度に配設して片側吸入の遠心フ
ァン30に構成し、ファン胴31は遠心ファン30に回
転に伴い起風し円形開口32からの空気を上方に放出す
るべく構成し、ファン胴31には排風ダクト32を接続
し、この排風ダクト32の内側における案内部は前記ベ
ルマウス状ガイド部34の存在側から非存在側に向かっ
てやや方向変換すべく形成されることを特徴とする穀物
乾燥機における排風装置。
1. An exhaust device for a grain dryer, comprising a centrifugal fan 30 mounted on the machine wall 1 and rotating at a high speed, a fan body 31 incorporating the fan, an exhaust duct 32, and the like. A bell mouth-shaped guide portion 34 is provided at the entrance of the fan body 31 to be viewed, and the centrifugal fan 30 is arranged in parallel with the guide portion 34 and a plurality of blades 36, 36. The centrifugal fan 30 is configured as a one-sided suction fan, and the fan body 31 is configured to generate air as the centrifugal fan 30 rotates as it rotates and discharge air from the circular opening 32 upward. The fan body 31 is connected to an exhaust duct 32. The guide portion inside the exhaust duct 32 is formed so as to slightly change the direction from the existing side of the bell mouth-shaped guide portion 34 to the non-existent side thereof, and the exhaust air in the grain dryer is characterized in that apparatus.
