Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.交通関連表面の上を移動するセンサーに磁気信号を送るために交通関連表 面の下に敷くための整合磁気物品であって、結合剤と前記結合剤中に分散された 交通関連構造を通った磁気信号をセンサーに提供するのに十分な量の磁気粒子を 含有する少なくとも1層の整合磁気層を含む、整合磁気物品。 2.前記整合層は試料の最初の長さを有し、基材表面に接着する前に試験した とき、試料の最初の長さの115%に伸長した後、少なくとも25%の非弾性変 形を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁気物品。 3.前記物品は実質的に非弾性である、請求項1に記載の磁気物品。 4.前記物品は、その長さに沿って穿孔されている、請求項1に記載の磁気物 品。 5.前記物品は、前記物品の長さに沿って極性が交互に変わる区画を含む、請 求項1に記載の磁気物品。 6.前記磁気物品は、前記物品の主要表面に貼付された感圧接着剤の層をさら に含む、請求項1に記載の磁気物品。 7.交通関連構造上を移動する乗り物または可動物を誘導するためのシステム であって、 (a)交通関連表面の上を移動するセンサーに磁気信号を送るために交通 関連表面の下に敷くための少なくとも1種の整合磁気物品であって、結合剤と前 記結合剤中に分散された交通関連構造を通った磁気信号をセンサーに提供するの に十分な量の磁気粒子を含有する少なくとも1層の整合磁気層を含む、整合磁気 物品と、 (b)交通関連表面を通過するためのセンサーであって、 交通関連構造を通った磁気信号を検出するための手段を含む前記センサーと、 を含むシステム。 8.前記整合層は、最初の試料の長さを有し、基材表面に接着する前に試験し たとき、最初の試料の長さの115%に伸長した後、少なくとも25%の非弾性 変形を示すことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のシステム。 9.前記物品は実質的に非弾性である、請求項7に記載のシステム。 10.前記物品は、その長さに沿って穿孔されている、請求項7に記載のシス テム。 11.前記物品は、前記物品の長さに沿って極性が交互に変わる区画を含む、 請求項7に記載のシステム。 12.前記センサーは、前記交通関連表面の上を移動するために改変された乗 り物に取付けられる、請求項7に記載のシステム。 13.前記磁気物品は、前記物品の主要表面に貼付された感圧接着剤の層をさ らに含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。 14.交通関連構造上を移動する乗り物または可動物を誘導するためのシステ ムであって、 (a)少なくとも2層の材料を含む交通関連構造と、 (b)前記層の2層の間の前記構造関連構造の上層の下に敷かれた整合磁 気物品であって、交通関連表面の上を移動するセンサーに磁気信号を送るために 改変され、結合剤と前記結合剤中に分散された交通関連構造を通った磁気信号を センサーに提供するのに十分な量の磁気粒子を含有する少なくとも1層の整合磁 気層を含む、整合磁気物品と、 (c)交通関連表面を通過するためのセンサーであって、 交通関連構造を通った磁気信号を検出するための手段を含むセンサーと、 を含むシステム。 15.前記整合層は、最初の試料の長さを有し、基材表面に接着する前に試験 したとき、最初の試料の長さの115%に伸長した後、少なくとも25%の非弾 性変形を示すことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のシステム。 16.前記物品は実質的に非弾性である、請求項14に記載のシステム。 17.前記物品は、その長さに沿って穿孔されている、請求項14に記載のシ ステム。 18.前記物品は、前記物品の長さに沿って極性が交互の区画を含む、請求項 14に記載のシステム。 19.前記センサーは、前記交通関連表面の上を移動するために改変された乗 り物に取付けられる、請求項14に記載のシステム。 20.前記交通関連構造はアスファルトセメントコンクリートを含み、前記2 層は前記交通関連構造の最も外部の2層である、請求項14に記載のシステム。 21.前記磁気物品は、前記物品の主要表面に貼付された感圧接着剤の層をさ らに含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。 22.既存の交通関連構造に誘導システムを提供する方法であって、 (a)ある量の材料を前記交通関連構造から除去して窪みを提供する工程 と、 (b)前記交通関連表面の上を移動するセンサーに磁気信号を送るように 改変された整合磁気物品を前記窪みの中に配置する工程であって、前記磁気物品 は結合剤と前記結合剤中に分散された 交通関連構造を通った磁気信号をセンサーに提供するのに十分な量の磁気粒子を 含有する少なくとも1層の整合磁気層を含む、工程と、 (c)十分量の材料を前記窪みの中に配置して前記磁気物品を前記材料の 中に完全に敷く工程と、 を含む方法。 23.前記磁気物品は、前記物品の主要表面に貼付された感圧接着剤の層をさ らに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。 24.前記磁気物品は、工程(c)の前に少なくとも1種の機械的締結具によ って前記窪み内に接着される、請求項22に記載の方法。 25.交通関連構造に誘導システムを提供する方法であって、 (a)交通関連構造ベースを提供する工程と、 (b)前記交通関連表面の上を移動するセンサーに磁気信号を送るように 改変された整合磁気物品を提供する工程であって、前記磁気物品は結合剤と前記 結合剤中に分散された交通関連構造を通った磁気信号をセンサーに提供するのに 十分な量の磁気粒子を含有する少なくとも1層の整合磁気層を含む、工程と、 (c)前記磁気物品を前記交通関連構造ベース上のある位置または前記交 通関連構造ベースの一部より上に置く工程と、 (d)交通関連構造材料を前記磁気物品の上および前記交通関連構造ベー スの上に適用する工程と、 を含む方法。 26.前記交通関連構造材料は、アスファルトセメントコンクリート、ポート ランド(Portland)セメント、および砂利から成る群から選択される、請求項2 5に記載の方法。 27.前記磁気物品は、前記物品の主要表面に貼付された感圧接着剤の層をさ らに含む、請求項25に記載の方法。 28.前記磁気物品は、工程(d)の前に少なくとも1種の機械的締結具によ って前記交通関連構造に接着される、請求項25に記載の方法。
