Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも鉄基金属Meで被膜した硬質構成物質粉末の製造方法であって 、 −Men(NO3)mと、Men(SO4)mと、低炭素または無炭素の含有量でX基好 ましくはMe−硝酸塩を含有する他類似のMen−Xmとの配合物と、の少なくと も1種を、単独で、または OHまたはNR3(RはHまたはアルキル)の形の官能基を含む少なくとも1種 の錯体形成剤を有する少なくとも1種の極性溶剤中に有機基を含有する少なくと も1種のMe−塩とともに、 低炭素または無炭素の含有量でMe−塩量が>10%、好ましくはMe−塩総 量が>50%で、 溶解して溶液を形成し且つ錯結合する工程、 −硬質構成物質粉末を前記溶液に添加する工程、 −前記溶剤を蒸発させて前記粉末を回収する工程、 −前記粉末を不活性ガスまたはわずかに還元性の雰囲気で熱処理して、前記少 なくとも1種の鉄基金属で被膜された前記硬質構成物質粉末を得る工程、 を備える硬質構成物質粉末の製造方法。 2.5wt−%C未満、好ましくは2wt−%C未満の低炭素または無炭素の 含有量でMe−塩を特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.有機溶剤が、エタノール、アセトニトリル、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメ チルスルホキシド、またはこれらの好ましくはメタノールの組合せ、を含むこと を特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 4.前記硬質構成物質粉末が、WC、(Ti、W)C、(Ta、Nb)C、( Ti、Ta、Nb)C、(Ti、W)(C、N)、TiC、TaC、NbC、V C及びCr3C2またはこれらの組合せ を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 5.前記熱処理が、400〜1100℃、好ましくは500〜900℃の温度 であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 6.熱処理雰囲気が、窒素、水素、アルゴン、ヘリウム、アンモニアまたはこ れらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 7.被膜及び/または無被膜の硬質構成物質粉末及び/またはバインダー相金 属及び、可能なかぎり炭素またはタングステンとともに被膜粉末を混合すること によって、被膜粉末が混合物を形成し、且つ前記混合物を加圧成形して且つ焼結 して、緻密化固形物を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
