Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数のチャネル上に包絡線複合信号として、独立した情報を同時に送信す る通信装置であって: 印加されるデータ・シーケンスに応答して、複素波形を生成する変調器;およ び 前記変調器に印加される所定のコードワード・ベクトルに応答して、前記変調 器により生成される複素波形の時間反転された複素共役である所定のフィルタ特 性を各々が有する少なくとも2つの整合フィルタ; によって構成され、前記所定のフィルタ特性が組み合わされた効果によって、 前記データ・シーケンスにより生成される前記複素波形の内比較的大きな偏位は 前記少なくとも2つのフィルタ内で整合させず、前記複素波形の内比較的小さな 偏位は整合させ、強化することにより、前記複合信号のピーク対平均包絡線電力 比(PMEPR)を削減することを特徴とする通信装置。 2.前記少なくとも2つの整合フィルタからの出力信号を合成する結合器によ ってさらに構成される請求項1記載の通信装置。 3.前記所定のコードワード・ベクトルが、印加されたデータ・シーケンスに 応答して前記変調器により生成される極端な(extreme)複素波形を表すベクトル を含む請求項1または2記載の通信装置。 4.前記所定のフィルタ特性が、前記極端な複素波形の段階的進行に対応して 順序付けされる請求項3記載の通信装置。 5.前記変調器が、前記データ・シーケンスおよび所定のコードワード・ベク トルの高速フーリエ変換機能を実行する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記 載の通信装置。 6.前記通信装置がトランシーバである請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記 載の通信装置。 7.前記少なくとも2つのフィルタの特性と逆のフィルタ特性を有する周波数 領域フィルタによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか 1項に記載の前記包絡線複合信号を受信する受信機。 8.複数のチャネル上に包絡線複合信号として、独立した情報を同時に送信す る通信装置のためのフィルタであって、前記通信装置がそこに印加されるデータ ・シーケンスに応答して、複素波形を生成する変調器と、前記変調器に印加され る所定のコードワード・ベクトルに応答して前記変調器により生成される複素波 形の時間反転された複素共役である所定のフィルタ特性を有するフィルタとによ って構成され、所定のフィルタ特性が組み合わされることにより、前記データ・ シーケンスにより生成される前記複素波形の内比較的大きな偏位は前記フィルタ 内で整合させず、前記複素波形の内比較的小さな偏位は整合させて、強化するこ とにより、前記複合信号のピーク対平均包絡線電力比 (PMEPR)を削減することを特徴とするフィルタ。 9.複数のチャネル上に包絡線複合信号として、独立した情報を同時に送信す る方法であって: 変調器に印加されるデータ・シーケンスに応答して、複素波形を前記変調器に より生成する段階;および 前記変調器に印加される所定のコードワード・ベクトルに応答して、前記変調 器により生成される複素波形の時間反転された複素共役である所定のフィルタ特 性を有する少なくとも2つの整合フィルタにおいて、前記複素波形を濾波する段 階; によって構成され、前記所定のフィルタ特性が組み合わされることによって、 前記データ・シーケンスにより生成される前記複素波形の内比較的大きな偏位は 前記少なくとも2つのフィルタ内で整合させず、前記複素波形の内比較的小さな 偏位は整合させ強化することにより、前記複合信号のピーク対平均包絡線電力比 (PMEPR)を削減することを特徴とする方法。
