- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.体腔内における組織表面間での術後癒着の形成を低減又は阻止する方法で あって、ヒドロキシエチルスターチを含有する組成物の有効量を組織の修復を可 能にするに十分な期間投与することを包含する方法。 2.前記組織修復が再上皮形成を包含する請求の範囲第1項による方法。 3.前記組織修復が中皮修復を包含する請求の範囲第1項による方法。 4.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが、グルコピラノース単位当り約0.1な いし約0.8のヒドロキシエチル基の範囲のモル比で置換されているヒドロキシ エチル基を有するアミロペクチンを含む、請求の範囲第1項による方法。 5.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが約3×104ないし約4×106ダルトン の範囲の分子量のアミロペクチンモノマーを含む、請求の範囲第4項による方法 。 6.前記モノマーが約2×105ないし約2.4×106ダルトンの範囲をとる 請求の範囲第5項による方法 。 7.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチがHES−1:10、HES−7−8:1 0又はHES−5:10を包含する請求の範囲第1項による方法。 8.前記組成物を生理学的に許容し得るビヒクルと共に投与する請求の範囲第 1項による方法。 9.前記ビヒクルが、無菌の水、生理食塩水又はアルカリもしくはアルカリ土 類金属炭酸塩、リン酸塩、重炭酸塩、クエン酸塩、ホウ酸塩、酢酸塩、コハク酸 塩及びトロメタミン(TRIS)を含む緩衝水溶液を包含する請求の範囲第8項 による方法。 10.前記ビヒクルが生理食塩水、リン酸緩衝生理食塩水、クエン酸バッファ 、及びリンゲル乳酸塩溶液を包含する請求の範囲第8項による方法。 11.前記組成物が少なくとも1種の薬学的に活性な薬剤の有効量をさらに含 有する請求の範囲第1項による方法。 12.前記薬学的に活性な薬剤が抗癒着形成剤、抗生剤、抗ヒスタミン剤、抗 炎症剤、抗真菌剤、殺アメーバ 剤、殺トリコモナス剤、抗原生動物剤、抗ウイルス剤、抗新生物剤又は抗炎症性 副腎皮質ステロイドを包含する請求の範囲第11項による方法。 13.前記抗癒着形成剤がラザロイド、レチノイド、キナクリン、マノアライ ドもしくはそれらの類似体、、5−リポキシゲナーゼ阻害剤、ケトチフェンもし くはそれらの類似体、ジピリダモルもしくはそれらの類似体、NSAID又は抗 炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドを包含する請求の範囲第12項による方法。 14.前記抗炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドがベタメタゾン又はデキサメタゾンを 包含する請求の範囲第12項による方法。 15.医薬の適用を必要とする状態の治療方法であって、ヒドロキシエチルス ターチ及び少なくとも1種の薬学的に活性な薬剤を含有する組成物を体腔に投与 することを包含する方法。 16.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが、グルコピラノース単位当り約0.1 ないし約0.8のヒドロキシエチル基の範囲のモル比で置換されているヒドロキ シエチル基を有するアミロペクチンを含む、請求の範囲第15項による方法。 17.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが約3×104ないし約4×106ダルト ンの範囲の分子量のアミロペクチンモノマーを含む、請求の範囲第16項による 方法。 18.前記モノマーが約2×105ないし約2.4×106ダルトンの範囲をと る請求の範囲第17項による方法。 19.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチがHES−1:10、HES−7−8: 10又はHES−5:10を包含する請求の範囲第16項による方法。 20.前記組成物が生理学的に許容し得るビヒクルをさらに含有する請求の範 囲第16項による方法。 21.前記ビヒクルが無菌の水、生理食塩水又はアルカリもしくはアルカリ土 類金属炭酸塩、リン酸塩、重炭酸塩、クエン酸塩、ホウ酸塩、酢酸塩、コハク酸 塩及びトロメタミン(TRIS)を含む緩衝水溶液を包含する請求の範囲第20 項による方法。 22.前記ビヒクルが生理食塩水、リン酸緩衝生理食塩水、クエン酸バッファ 、及びリンゲル乳酸塩溶液を包 含する請求の範囲第20項による方法。 23.前記薬学的に活性な薬剤が抗癒着形成剤、抗生剤、抗ヒスタミン剤、抗 炎症剤、抗真菌剤、殺アメーバ剤、殺トリコモナス剤、抗原生動物剤、抗ウイル ス剤、抗新生物剤又は抗炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドを包含する請求の範囲第16 項による方法。 24.前記抗癒着形成剤がラザロイド、レチノイド、キナクリン、マノアライ ドもしくはそれらの類似体、、5−リポキシゲナーゼ阻害剤、ケトチフェンもし くはそれらの類似体、ジピリダモルもしくはそれらの類似体、NSAID又は抗 炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドを包含する請求の範囲第23項による方法。 25.前記抗炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドがベタメタゾン又はデキサメタゾンを 包含する請求の範囲第23項による方法。 26.臓器表面間での癒着の形成を低減又は阻止する方法であって、ヒドロキ シエチルスターチ及び抗癒着形成剤を含有する組成物の有効量を組織の修復を可 能にするに十分な期間投与することを包含する方法。 27.前記組織修復が再上皮形成を包含する請求の範 囲第26項による方法。 28.前記組織修復が中皮修復を包含する請求の範囲第27項による方法。 29.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが、グルコピラノース単位当り約0.1 ないし約0.8のヒドロキシエチル基の範囲のモル比で置換されているヒドロキ シエチル基を有するアミロペクチンを含む、請求の範囲第26項による方法。 30.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが約3×104ないし約4×106ダルト ンの範囲の分子量のアミロペクチンモノマーを含む請求の範囲第29項による方 法。 31.前記モノマーが約2×105ないし約2.4×106ダルトンの範囲をと る請求の範囲第30項による方法。 32.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチがHES−1:10、HES−7−8: 10又はHES−5:10を包含する請求の範囲第29項による方法。 33.前記組成物が生理学的に許容し得るビヒクルをさらに含有する請求の範 囲第29項による方法。 34.前記ビヒクルが無菌の水、生理食塩水又はアルカリもしくはアルカリ土 類金属炭酸塩、リン酸塩、重炭酸塩、クエン酸塩、ホウ酸塩、酢酸塩、コハク酸 塩及びトロメタミン(TRIS)を含む緩衝水溶液を包含する請求の範囲第33 項による方法。 35.前記ビヒクルが生理食塩水、リン酸緩衝生理食塩水、クエン酸バッファ 、及びリンゲル乳酸塩溶液を包含する請求の範囲第33項による方法。 36.前記抗癒着形成剤がラザロイド、レチノイド、キナクリン、マノアライ ドもしくはそれらの類似体、、5−リポキシゲナーゼ阻害剤、ケトチフェンもし くはそれらの類似体、ジピリダモルもしくはそれらの類似体、NSAID又は抗 炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドを包含する請求の範囲第26項による方法。 37.薬学的に活性な薬剤及びヒドロキシエチルスターチを含有する、術後癒 着形成を低減又は阻止するための組成物。 38.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが、グルコピラノース単位当り約0.1 ないし約0.8のヒドロキシエチル基の範囲のモル比で置換されているヒドロキ シエチ ル基を有するアミロペクチンを含む、請求の範囲第37項による組成物。 39.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが約3×104ないし約4×106ダルト ンの範囲の分子量のアミロペクチンモノマーを含む、請求の範囲第38項による 組成物。 40.前記モノマーが約2×105ないし約2.4×106ダルトンの範囲をと る請求の範囲第39項による組成物。 41.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチがHES−1:10、HES−7−8: 10又はHES−5:10を包含する請求の範囲第37項による組成物。 42.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが約0.1%ないし約60%(w/v) の範囲の量で存在する請求の範囲第41項による組成物。 43.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが約5.4%ないし約34.3%(w/ v)の範囲の量で存在する請求の範囲第42項による組成物。 44.前記薬学的に活性な薬剤が抗癒着形成剤を包含 する請求の範囲第37項による組成物。 45.前記抗癒着形成剤がラザロイド、レチノイド、キナクリン、マノアライ ドもしくはそれらの類似体、、5−リポキシゲナーゼ阻害剤、ケトチフェンもし くはそれらの類似体、ジピリダモルもしくはそれらの類似体、NSAID又は抗 炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドを包含する請求の範囲第44項による組成物。 46.前記抗炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドがベタメタゾン又はデキサメタゾンを 包含する請求の範囲第45項による組成物。 47.前記抗炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドが約0.00001mg/mlないし 約50mg/mlの範囲の量で存在する請求の範囲第46項による組成物。 48.前記抗炎症剤が約0.001mg/mlないし約5mg/mlの範囲の 量で存在する請求の範囲第47項による組成物。 49.ヒドロキシエチルスターチを含有する、術後癒着の形成の低減又は阻止 に用いられる組成物。 50.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが、グルコピラ ノース単位当り約0.1ないし約0.8のヒドロキシエチル基の範囲のモル比で 置換されているヒドロキシエチル基を有するアミロペクチンを含む請求の範囲第 49項による組成物。 51.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチが約3×104ないし約4×106ダルト ンの範囲の分子量のアミロペクチンモノマーを含む請求の範囲第50項による組 成物。 52.前記モノマーが約2×105ないし約2.4×106ダルトンの範囲をと る請求の範囲第51項による組成物。 53.前記ヒドロキシエチルスターチがHES−1:10、HES−7−8: 10又はHES−5:10を包含する請求の範囲第49項による組成物。 54.前記組成物が生理学的に許容し得るビヒクルと共に投与される請求の範 囲第49項による組成物。 55.前記ビヒクルが無菌の水、生理食塩水又はアルカリもしくはアルカリ土 類金属炭酸塩、リン酸塩、重炭酸塩、クエン酸塩、ホウ酸塩、酢酸塩、コハク酸 塩及びトロメタミン(TRIS)を含む緩衝水溶液を包含する 請求の範囲第54項による組成物。 56.前記ビヒクルが生理食塩水、リン酸緩衝生理食塩水、クエン酸バッファ 、及びリンゲル乳酸塩溶液を包含する請求の範囲第54項による組成物。 57.前記組成物が少なくとも1種の薬学的に活性な薬剤の有効量をさらに含 有する請求の範囲第49項による組成物。 58.前記薬学的に活性な薬剤が抗癒着形成剤、抗生剤、抗ヒスタミン剤、抗 炎症剤、抗真菌剤、殺アメーバ剤、殺トリコモナス剤、抗原生動物剤、抗ウイル ス剤、抗新生物剤又は抗炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドを包含する請求の範囲第57 項による組成物。 59.前記抗癒着形成剤がラザロイド、レチノイド、キナクリン、マノアライ ドもしくはそれらの類似体、、5−リポキシゲナーゼ阻害剤、ケトチフェンもし くはそれらの類似体、ジピリダモルもしくはそれらの類似体、NSAID又は抗 炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドを包含する請求の範囲第58項による組成物。 60.前記抗炎症性副腎皮質ステロイドがベタメタゾン又はデキサメタゾンを 包含する請求の範囲第58項に よる組成物。
