Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリマー及び/或いは複合物の成品の製造方法において、高分子基複合物 を製造するための補強材料と母材から仕上り成品に至る可能な変換工程の少なく とも2つの統合として、そこでは純ポリマー、補強材及び/或いはプレフォーム 及び/或いは複合物が少なくとも2つのプロセスを単一の工程に、或いは近接し て引き続く工程のシーケンスとして組み合わせることによって、単一操作で複合 される斯ゝる統合を特徴とするポリマー及び/或いは複合物の成品の製造方法。 2.該単一操作で組み合わされる以下の工程:プレス成形;単一或いは多重射 出成形;トウ或いはシートの含浸;トウ或いはシートの設置;予硬化;ロフティ ング;接合或いは結合;硬化;内部応力の解放;内層或いは表面層の押出;及び 内圧成形の少なくとも2つの工程を含んで成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に係 る製造方法。 3.中空構造の複合物成品を製造し、且つ異なる材料フォームの統合から進展 されるプロセス誘起応力を解放する可能性を与えるために内部ガス注入法を含ん で成る、請求項1或いは2に係る製造方法。 4.プレフォームの高いタレ性を維持し、そしてポリマー射出圧及び/或いは 金型圧縮圧の使用により最終の硬化を達成するための含浸工程及び/或いは予硬 化工程を含んで成る、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に係る製造方法。 5.以下の可能性:統合された異なる材料の適合性;統合材料と材料フォーム 間の傾斜界面;界面応力の解放;最終成品上の表面被覆物;及び厚さ方向樹脂含 浸の少なくとも1つの可能性を与えるために、スリットダイ押出しフイルムを硬 化用金型に導入することを 特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に係る製造方法。 6.請求項1〜5の1つに規定された方法を実行するための設備において、当 該設備が統合処理装置(IPU)と特に以下の装置、手段:シート含浸装置(S IU);トウ含浸装置(TIU);テープ硬化装置(TCU)と支持操作装置( SOU);及び前記装置の機能を自動的に調和させるための制御手段から選択さ れた少なくとも1つの追加の処理装置を含んで成る組合せ機構を含んで成ること を特徴とする設備。 7.該設備が該処理装置間の自動的同期、具体的にはトウ設置、複合物調製、 プレフォーム及び/或いはインサートの複合、及びツール、プレフォーム並びに 処理済成品の操作の自動的同期、を確立し且つ制御するための手段を含んで成る 多重労役ロボット装置を含んで成ることを特徴とする、請求項6に係る設備。 8.該統合処理装置がプレフォーム(トウ、シート)設置のための手段、及び /或いは多重射出手段、及び/或いは押出し手段、及び/或いは圧縮手段、及び /或いは液及び/或いはガス注入手段を含んで成ることを特徴とする、請求項6 に係る設備。 9.該シート含浸装置が複合物プレフォームの製造に要する、補強材レイアッ プ、粉末レイアップ、含浸、予硬化、及びロフティングのための幾つかのステー ションを含んで成ることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に係る設備 。 10.該トウ含浸装置が加熱れた可撓性チューブとノズルダイを通って金型に トウのプレフォームを配給するために配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜 9のいずれか1項に係る設備。 11.ポリマー及び/或いは複合物の成品の製造のための統合処理装置におい て、当該装置はプレフォーム(トウ、シート)設置のための手段、多重射出手段 、押出し手段、圧縮手段、液及び/或い はガス注入手段を含んで成ることを特徴とする統合処理装置。 12.ポリマー及び/或いは複合物の成品の製造のためのシート含浸装置にお いて、当該装置は複合物プレフォームの製造に要する、補強材積上、粉末積上、 含浸、予硬化、及びロフティングのための幾つかのステーションを含んで成るこ とを特徴とするシート含浸装置。 13.ポリマー及び/或いは複合物の成品の製造のためのトウ含浸装置におい て、当該装置は加熱れた可撓性チューブとノズルダイを通って金型にトウのプレ フォームを配給するために配置されることを特徴とするトウ含浸装置。 14.これまでに添付の図面を参照して記述された通りのポリマー及び/或い は複合物の成品の製造のための方法。 15.これまでに添付の図面を参照して記述された通りのポリマー及び/或い は複合物の成品の製造のための設備。 16.これまでに添付の図面を参照して記述された通りのポリマー及び/或い は複合物の成品の製造のための統合処理装置。 17.これまでに添付の図面を参照して記述された通りのポリマー及び/或い は複合物の成品の製造のためのシート含浸装置。 18.これまでに添付の図面を参照して記述された通りのポリマー及び/或い は複合物の成品の製造のためのトウ含浸装置。
