Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス流内の超音波用音波減衰器であって、 前記ガス流用導管の中に組み込み可能な少なくとも1つの減衰エレメント( 3)を有する、ガス流内の超音波用音波減衰器において、 前記減衰エレメント(3)には多数の小さな面の反射面を有する少なくとも 1つの散乱ユニット(5、6、7)が配置されていることを特徴とする、ガス流内 の超音波用音波減衰器。 2.反射面の寸法はほぼ超音波の波長領域にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載 の音波減衰器。 3.反射面は不均一に配向されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の音 波減衰器。 4.散乱ユニット(7)の反射面は少なくとも部分的に湾曲されていることを特 徴とする請求項1〜3までのうちの1項記載の音波減衰器。 5.減衰エレメント(3)に接して及び/又は該減衰エレメント(3)内に少な くとも一層のガーゼが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4までのうち の1項記載の音波減衰器。 6.減衰エレメント(3)は、穴のあいた管状の、一方の端部が閉じられている 物体から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5までのうちの1項記載の音波減衰器 。 7.減衰エレメント(3)の穴はほぼ20mmの直径を有することを特徴とする 請求項6記載の音波減衰器。 8.減衰エレメント(3)の内側には外部から内部へと向けて開放された幾何学 的な構造を有する散乱ユニット(5、6)が配置されていることを特徴とする請 求項6又は7記載の音波減衰器。 9.減衰エレメント(3)は多数の散乱ユニット(5、6、7)によって充填さ れていることを特徴とする請求項6〜8までのうちの1項の音波減衰器。 10.散乱ユニット(7)はPALLリングとして形成されていることを特徴と する請求項9記載の音波減衰器。 11.減衰エレメントは湾曲した導管に適合するように湾曲した形に構成されて いることを特徴とする請求項1〜10までのうちの1項記載の音波減衰器。 12.超音波原理によって作動する流量計において、超音波源と前記流量計との 間に例えば請求項1〜1までのうちの1項記載の超音波用音波減衰器が配置され ていることを特徴とする、超音波原理によって作動する流量計。
