Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.印刷板およびオーバーコートを含むオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板であ って; 該印刷板がファウンテンおよびインク溶液に画像形成様に応答し得、それによ り受容媒体上の印刷画像に有用であり得、該印刷板は、基材およびフォトレジス トを含み、該基材は、該インク溶液に対して親和力または反発力のいずれかを有 し、該フォトレジストは、該基材上に析出し、該フォトレジストは、該基材の親 和力または反発力とは実質的に逆の、該インク溶液に対する親和力または反発力 を有し、該フォトレジストは、光活性化照射に画像様に曝される際に、光励起さ れた反応物を生成し、該光励起反応物は、画像様に該フォトレジストの光硬化ま たは光分解をもたらす; 該オーバーコートは、少なくとも第一の親水性ポリマー、第二層に第一層とは 異なる親水性ポリマー、そして結晶性化合物を含み、該結晶性化合物が、水また はファウンテンに可溶性または分散性であり、該第二層の親水性ポリマーが、該 フォトレジストと該オーバーコートとの間の界面において該光励起反応体をクエ ンチし得るポリマー失活剤である、オーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 2.前記結晶性化合物が、水溶性オリゴ糖または多糖である、請求項1に記載の オーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 3.前記結晶性化合物がショ糖である、請求項1に記載のオーバーコートされた リソグラフ板。 4.順番に基材、感光性層、およびオーバーコートを含むリソグラフ印刷板であ って、該オーバーコートが以下を含む、リソグラフ板: (a)乾燥重量で約10%〜約50%の、クエンチ官能基を有する、第一層の水可溶性ポ リマー; (b)乾燥重量で約30%〜約80%の第二層の水可溶性ポリマー;および (c)乾燥重量で約2%〜約6%の結晶性化合物。 5.前記結晶性化合物が、水溶性オリゴ糖または多糖である、請求項4に記載の オーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 6.前記結晶性化合物がショ糖である、請求項5に記載のオーバーコートされた リソグラフ板。 7.前記第二層の水性ポリマーが、ポリ(ビニルアルコール)である、請求項6 に記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 8.前記基材が、親水性および疎油性であり、前記感光性層が親油性である、請 求項4に記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 9.前記基材が酸化処理、グレイン化されたアルミニウム基材である、請求項8 に記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 10.該感光性層が、70mg/ft2〜150 mg/ft2の範囲で前記基材上に析出する、請 求項9に記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 11.順番に基材、光活性化照射に曝されることに応答して光励起反応体を生成 する感光性層、およびオーバーコートを含むリソグラフ印刷板であって、該オー バーコートが、少なくとも第一層の親水性ポリマー、第二層の第一層とは異なる 親水性ポリマー、および結晶性化合物を含み、該結晶性化合物が水またはファウ ンテンに可溶性または分散性であり、該第二層の親水性ポリマーが、該感光性層 と該オーバーコートとの間の界面において該光励起光反応体をクエンチし得るポ リマークエンチ剤である、リソグラフ板。 12.前記結晶性化合物が、水溶性のオリゴ糖または多糖である、請求項11に 記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 13.前記結晶性化合物が、ショ糖である、請求項12に記載のオーバーコート されたリソグラフ板。 14.前記第二層の水溶性のポリマーが、ポリ(ビニルアルコール)である、請 求項11に記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 15.前記基材が、親水性および疎油性であり、前記感光性層が親油性である、 請求項11に記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 16.前記基材が酸化処理、グレイン化されたアルミニウム基材である、請求項 15に記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。 17.該感光性層が、70mg/ft2〜150 mg/ft2の範囲で前記基材上に析出する、請 求項16に記載のオーバーコートされたリソグラフ板。
