Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体汚染物を含む液体を供給するための流体動力で駆動される遠心クリー ナ(25)であって、該遠心クリーナがハウジング(27)を備え、該ハウジン グが (i)周囲圧力に保たれた排出領域(26,29)を画成する台部(28)と、 (ii)台部から作用可能な垂直軸線(31)に沿ってハウジングを通じて延在 しかつ前記の汚染した液体を受け入れるための軸線方向に延在する主入口通路( 34)を含むスピンドル装置(30)と、(iii)排出領域および主入口通路 と連絡する環状汚染物室(41)を備えているスピンドル装置のまわりに回転す るために該スピンドル装置上に支持された回転子(40)と、(iv)内部に超 周囲圧力に保たれた駆動流体の首尾一貫した供給を受け入れるためにハウジング に対して固定された第1部分(51)と、軸線のまわりに回転するように回転子 と結合された第2部分(53,54,55)とを備えている流体で作動する回転 子駆動装置(50)とを有し、第2部分は第1部分および第2部分を経て前記排 出領域への前記液体と異なる駆動流体の流れをひき起こして汚染物容器を通過す る前記液体からの固体汚染物の遠心分離を行うために必要な少なくとも最低速度 において回転子の回転をひき起こすために作動可能である遠心クリーナにおいて 、 (v)ハウジングへの前記の汚染した液体の供給と同時に回転子(40)の取り 外しを可能にするために作動可能な制御弁装置(80)を特徴とする流体動力で 駆動される遠心クリーナ。 2.制御弁装置(80)が回転子駆動装置の第1部分に駆動流体を送りまたは 送りを妨げるために作用可能な駆動流体部分(81)と、駆動流体部分と共に前 記液体の流れを主入口通路(34)から排出領域(26,29)にそらせるため に駆動流体の流れを妨げる液体部分(82)とを含むことを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載の遠心クリーナ。 3.駆動流体部分(81)および液体部分(82)がハウジング内の開口部( 85)を通じて延在する単一の弁本体(84)により画成され、該開口部内の 弁本体(85)の位置の如何により、該開口部に対して前記駆動流体が弁本体の 一端部(87)に供給されて、回転子駆動装置の前記第1部分(51)にその横 方向にそらされ、または弁本体により閉塞され、かつ前記主入口通路(34)、 排出領域(26,29)および液体源が該弁本体と該開口部との間に凹部を有す る弁本体(95)の異なる部分と連絡し、該凹部が該開口部内の弁本体の位置の 如何により主入口通路(34)または排出領域を汚染した液体源と接続するため に作動可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の遠心クリーナ。 4.制御弁装置(80)が締切弁(90)を含み、締切弁(90)が弁本体内 の凹部に沿って延在しかつ弁本体の前記一端部に向かって偏位(92)され、弁 本体の端部において弁本体に作用する前記の最低レベルを超えた駆動流体圧力に 応答して偏位力に抗して移動せしめられて、駆動流体を回転子駆動装置の前記第 1部分(51)に導入させ、かつ所定の最低レベルよりも低い駆動流体圧力に応 答して回転子駆動装置の第1部分を駆動流体源から閉ざすピストン(91)を備 えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の遠心クリーナ。
