Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.組換えヘモフィルス付着タンパク質。 2.図2に示された配列と相同の配列を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の組換え ヘモフィルス付着タンパク質。 3.図3に示されたアミノ酸配列と相同の配列を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載 の組換えヘモフィルス付着タンパク質。 4.図2に示された配列を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の組換えヘモフィルス 付着タンパク質。 5.図3に示されたアミノ酸配列を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の組換えヘモ フィルス付着タンパク質。 6.ヘモフィルス付着タンパク質をコードする組換え核酸。 7.図1に示された配列と相同の配列を有するDNAを含む請求の範囲第6項に 記載の核酸。 8.図3に示された配列と相同の配列を有するDNAを含む請求の範囲第6項に 記載の核酸。 9.図1に示されたDNAにハイブリッドを形成することができるDNAを含む 請求の範囲第6項に記載の核酸。 10.図3に示されたDNAにハイブリッドを形成することができるDNAを含む 請求の範囲第6項に記載の核酸。 11.図1に示された配列を有するDNAを含む請求の範囲第6項に記載の核酸。 12.図3に示された配列を有するDNAを含む請求の範囲第6項に記載の核酸。 13.ヘモフィルス付着タンパク質をコードする核酸に実施可能なように結合され た転写及び翻訳調節核酸を含む発現ベクター。 14.ヘモフィルス付着タンパク質をコードする核酸を含む発現ベクターで形質転 換された宿主細胞。 15.a) ヘモフィルス付着タンパク質をコードする核酸を含む発現ベクターで形質 転換された宿主細胞を培養し、そして b)前記核酸を発現してヘモフィルス付着タンパク質を生産すること、 を特徴とするヘモフィルス付着タンパク質の生産方法。 16.免疫応答を生じるための予防上または治療上の使用のための医薬上許される 担体及びヘモフィルス付着担体を含むワクチン。 17.前記ヘモフィルス付着タンパク質が図2に示された配列と相同の配列を有す る請求の範囲第16項に記載のワクチン。 18.前記ヘモフィルス付着タンパク質が図3に示されたアミノ酸配列と相同の配 列を有する請求の範囲第16項に記載のワクチン。 19.ヘモフィルス付着タンパク質に結合することができるモノクローナル抗体。 20.請求の範囲第16項に記載のワクチンを投与することを特徴とするヘモフィル ス・インフルエンザ感染症の治療または予防方法。 21.前記ヘモフィルス・インフルエンザ感染症が非類型ヘモフィルス・インフル エンザにより引き起こされる請求の範囲第20項に記載のヘモフィルス・インフル エンザ感染症の治療または予防方法。
