き取り、滴下部分の変色の程度を目視評価した。 2)耐汗跡錆性 JIS−K 2246 に基く人工汗を試料の表面処理鋼
板上に塗布し乾燥させ、次いで60℃、95%の恒温恒
湿雰囲気中に96時間放置した後、錆の発生程度を目視
評価した。 3)耐疵付き性 試料の表面処理鋼板上にピー用紙( 64〜70g/
2)を載せ、上から400gfの荷重を載荷した状態
で2000回のラビングを実施し、表面に発生した疵の
程度を目視評価した。 4)加工性 試料の表面処理を半径1mmで180度折り曲げ、折り
曲げ部に生じた亀裂の発生程度を目視評価した。 5)耐食性 JIS−Z 2371 に基づいて72時間の塩水噴霧試
験を実施し、錆の発生程度を目視評価した。 各特性の評価は1(劣)〜5(優)の5段階で評価し
た。評価結果を表2に示す。

た場合、コピー用紙の出し入れ時におけるコピー用紙の
擦過による表面処理皮膜の擦り疵および摩耗が軽減する
とともに、滑り性が向上し、かつ手指が接触した際の汗
による変色や錆の発生が著しく軽減する。
