Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common circuit, and a non-common circuit, and an integrated circuit of them in a separation type pachinko machine. SOLUTION: In a control device in a game machine (that is a pachinko machine), a game panel is formed to be separable from a pachinko machine main body. On a board provided on a back surface of a pachinko machine, a common circuit common to any sort of machine, and a non-common circuit different by the sort of machine are provided, and both are controlled by a CPU. On the board, a mechanism part for a prize ball dispensing device 6 or a ball hitting device 7 commonly usable for plural sorts of pachinko machines of different specifications is provided. This mechanism part is controlled by a ROM in the common circuit. On the game panel, a specific win detection switch to detect a winning port, a pachinko ball, and a specific win condition, and generate a signal to express a specific win, opening/closing wings as a winning device, and a display lamp are provided, and these are controlled by a ROM 20 in the non-common circuit.

Next, replacement of the above-mentioned gaming machine will be described below by taking a pachinko machine as an example. Even if the pachinko machine has a different game content, in other words, a different model, the basic device configuration and the game procedure do not change, and the mechanical parts such as a ball hitting device and a prize ball payout device are rarely exchanged. In other words, pachinko machines are replaced by a game board called a gauge board and electronic control system components (hereinafter, referred to as “gauge board”) for executing the game procedure.
Only the control device constituted by “electronic parts”) needs to be replaced.

That is, in the electronic components of the pachinko machine, the common electronic components of the old game board are reused, and only the non-common electronic components are replaced. After this re-installation, the inspection of the electronic system between the mechanical unit and the electronic component and the alignment between the mechanical unit and the electronic component are inspected, and the replacement of the pachinko machine is completed. The replacement of electronic components related to this pachinko machine has been performed in units of two types of plural boards in which electronic components are classified and mounted according to common or non-common components.

As described above, an economic problem occurs when all the electronic components (control devices) are replaced together with the game board, but when only the non-common electronic components are replaced, the following will be described. At present, a single board on which all the electronic components for the new game board are mounted is mounted on the new game board, and the old game board is replaced with the new game board.

First, after the replacement work and after the replacement work, various inspections concerning the mechanism of the gaming machine, the electronic components, and the matching between the two must be performed, and this inspection work requires many man-hours. Further, since the board is separated into common electronic parts and non-common electronic parts, restrictions on board design such as signal line design and circuit design of the board are increased. For this reason, a lot of time is required for replacing the pachinko machine and developing the board, so that the working efficiency is poor.

Second, the common electronic component and the non-common electronic component are separately mounted on a plurality of boards, and each of these boards is usually connected to a control circuit, each board, etc. via a connector. I have. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the number of connectors increases, so that the number of connection points increases as compared with the case where each electronic component is mounted on a single substrate, and the possibility of occurrence of defective products due to poor contact due to vibration or the like increases.

Therefore, the running cost increases during production, and the failure rate tends to increase during the game (operation) of the pachinko machine, so that the product reliability decreases. In order to suppress the increase in the running cost and the decrease in the reliability of the product, there is a method of connecting the connecting portion of the connector by soldering. However, this soldering work is performed when the electronic components are mounted on the plurality of substrates. In addition, it must be performed when connecting each substrate. For this reason, the number of work steps increases.

Third, the common electronic component can be used in all pachinko machines, and the ROM can be used in all pachinko machines by changing the written contents to predetermined ones. However, when the collected common electronic components and ROM are reused, it is necessary to sufficiently inspect the basic performance of these electronic components, so that much time is required and the reliability of the electronic components is reduced.

Fourth, since these boards are formed by separating a conventional single board and integrally forming a connector, each board is smaller than the conventional board. This increases the possibility of fraudulent acts such as changing the circuit on the board and the contents of the ROM due to easy attachment and detachment. Therefore, the present invention provides a gaming machine which is easy and reliable to exchange and has a countermeasure for preventing wrongdoing.

First, after the function of the power supply circuit 34 of the old pachinko machine 2 is released, the lock member 18 is released and the game board 19 is removed while appropriately processing signal lines and the like (not shown). Then, the board 36 is removed from the board box 3, and the DIP 42, that is, the non-common circuit 9 is pulled out from the socket 43. Thereafter, the DIP 42 of the new pachinko machine 2, that is, the non-common circuit 9 is inserted into the socket 43, the board 36 is mounted on the board box 3 of the new pachinko machine 2, and the replacement of the board 36 is completed.

In this embodiment, only the non-common circuit 9 is integrated. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Even if only the common circuit 8 or both the common circuit 8 and the non-common circuit 9 are integrated. good. Further, in the integrated circuit of this embodiment, the case where the chip of the integrated circuit is housed in the DIP 42 has been described, but the chip may be incorporated in the substrate 36 by bonding or the like. In this case, another electronic component is detachably mounted on the socket 43.

The present invention is constructed as described above. The entire pachinko machine can be separated into the main body and the game side, and the common part for controlling each model is provided in the ROM of the main body. A part different in control depending on the model, in particular, a program specific to a game control procedure is stored in the ROM of the game board. Design management and repair become easier. When replacing a game machine with another model, the common circuit or non-common circuit constituted by an integrated circuit can be easily and reliably replaced because the main body and the game side are separated according to the type of the game machine. In addition, it becomes difficult for the integrated circuit to commit fraud. For this reason, the man-hours required for the replacement work and various inspections after the replacement work are shortened, and restrictions on board design such as signal line design and circuit design of the board are relaxed. In addition, since it is difficult to perform fraudulent activities on integrated circuits, rewriting of programs, hardware (substrates,
It has a sufficient effect on measures to prevent fraudulent acts such as processing of electronic components.
