PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of surely grounding an optical filter which prevents the unnecessary radiation of electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: The electrode part 4b of a conductive film 4a of the optical filter 4 disposed on the front surface of the display surface 5b of a PDP(plasma display panel) 5 is grounded. A filter connections 1a at one end of a leaf spring 1 is pressed to this electrode part 4b and a frame connections 1b at the other end is pressed to a grounded frame 7 to ground the conductive film 4a of the optical filter 4. A retaining fitting 2 for holding the filter connections 1a of the leaf spring 1 between this fitting and the electrode part 4b of the optical filter 4 is disposed on the leaf spring 1.
