본 안은 모니터에 설치되는 보안경을 겸하는 전자파차단훨터에 의해 차단된 전자파 전류가 CRT(CATHODE-RAY TUBE) 프레임으로 통전되도록 하는 전자파 접지장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 접지단자의 자체 탄성력에 의해 자연스럽게 훨터판의 접지편과 접속되도록 고안된 모니터용 전자파차단훨터의 전자파 접지장치를 제공하려는 것이다. 일반적으로 모니터를 포함한 모든 전자제품에서 방출되는 전자파를 차폐시키는 방식은 여러 가지가 알려져 있으며, 아울러서 전자파를 제거시키는 방식도 다양하나 이들 대부분은 대개 어스선을 이용하여 접지시켜 제거되도록 하는 형태이다. 그러나 어스선을 이용하는 전자파 제거방식은 어스선을 이루는 와이어 처리가 용이하지 못하기 때문에 구조적으로 복잡한 구조를 이루어야 하는 문제를 수반하게 하므로서 제품의 복잡성과 더불어서 작업능률의 저하를 야기케 하므로 생산성 저하 및 제조원가 상승을 초래하게 하는 문제를 가져오게 하였다. 그러므로 보안경을 겸하는 전자파차단훨터를 모니터 CRT전면에 설치되도록 하는 CRT 커버방식의 전자파차단훨터를 개발하는 과정에서 종래의 어스선을 이용한 전자파 제거방식을 채용하게 되면 더욱 복잡한 구조를 이루게 될 뿐 아니라 작업능률 및 생산성 저하를 초래하게 되고 제조비 상승으로 인한 경쟁력의 약화를 야기하게 되는 문제를 수반하게 된다. 본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점를 감안하여 모니터의 CRT 전면에 보안경을 겸하는 전자파차단훨터를 결착시키게 되면 훨터판과 모니터에 내장된 CRT 프레임이 자동으로 접속연결되도록 하는 전자파 접지 장치를 제공하려는데 주된 목적이 있는 것이고, 다른 목적은 조립성이 양호하고 제품 조립시에 모니터 캐비네트의 손상이 야기되지 않는 전자파 차단훨터의 전자파 접지장치를 제공하므로서 생산성 향상과 더불어 제조비 절감을 도모하게 하려는데 있다. 본 고안은 이러한 목적을 달성시키기 위하여 전자파차단훨터의 훨터판 일축에 있는 접지판이 훨터조립시에 모니터의 캐비네트 일측에 설치되는 접지단자구의 탄성편에 접지되도록 하므로서 훨터판에 흐르는 전자파 전류가 접지단자구를 통해 CRT 프레임으로 흐르도록 한 것으로서, 이하 첨부된 실시도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 본 고안은 모니터(1)의 CRT(2) 앞으로 훨터판(11)을 구비하는 전자파 차단훨터(10)가 설치되는 것으로서, 가스케트(12)에 의해 밀폐되고 결착구(13)(13')와 마운트(14) 및 나사보스(15)(15')와 고정나사(16)에 의해 모니터(1)에 결착되도록 되어 있다. 따라서, 본 고안은 훨터판(11)에 의해 차단된 전자파 전류가 일축에 고정된 접속편(11a)을 통해 모니터(1)로 흐르도록 접속되는 접지단자구(20)를 프런트카바(3) 일측내부에 설치하도록 된 것이다. 접지단자구(20)는 프런트카바(3) 내측 모서리에 형성된 나사보스(4)에 고정되는 CRT 브라케트편(2a) 및 CRT 프레임(5)의 프레임 브라케트편(5a) 사이에 협지되어 고정나사(16)에 의해 고정되는 고정편(21)을 구비하고 있고 장공(21a)이 뚫린 고정편(21) 일측으로는 높이 유지편(22)과 프런트카바(3) 내면에 밀착되는 지지편(23)이 각각 절곡형성되어 있다. 또한, 지지편(23) 끝부에는 프런트카바(3)에 뚫리게 되는 단자구명(7)을 통해 외부로 노출되도록 조립되는 길다란 탄성접촉편(24)이 경사지게 절곡형성되어 있고 탄성 접촉편(24) 중에서 단자구멍(7) 내주면(7a)을 통과하는 부분의 양측에는 상기 내주면(7a)에 걸리게 되는 걸림돌편(25)(25')이 각각 형성되어 있으며, 탄성접촉편(24) 끝부는 내절곡면(24a)이 형성되어 접촉돌부(24b)가 형성되도록 되어 있다. 따라서 본 고안은 CRT(2) 앞으로 전자파차단훨터(10)가 결착되면 훨터판(11)의 접속편(11a)이 접지단자구(20)의 접촉돌부(24b)를 지긋이 누르게 되면서 접촉되어 전자파 전류가 흐를 수 있게 되는 한편 접촉돌부(24b)가 늘림되면 탄성접촉편(24)은 내측으로의 누름력에 상응하여 탄성력이 증가하게 되므로서 접속편(11a)과의 확실한 접지상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다. 그리고 걸림돌편(25)(25')은 탄성접촉편(24) 양측에서 단자구멍(7) 내주면(7a)에 걸리게 되므로 탄성접촉편(24)의 좌,우측방향으로의 움직임이 없도록 하는 역할을 수행할 뿐 아니라 탄성접촉편(24)에 늘림력이 작용할 때 받침역할도 수행하므로 탄성접촉편(24)의 탄출력을 양호하게 한다. 그러므로 본 고안은 훨터판(11)의 접속편(11a)과 접지단자구(20)의 접촉돌부(24b)간의 접촉이 확실히 이루어지게 되므로 전자파 전류는 탄성 접촉편(24)과 지지편(23) 및 높이 유지편(22)을 통해 고정편(21)과 면접촉된 CRT 프레임(5)으로의 접지가 이루어지게 된다. 한편, 탄성접촉편(24)의 내절곡편(24a)은 모니터(1) 조립시에 탄성접촉편(24)에 외력이 가해지게 되는 경우에 프런트카바(3)에 닿아 더 이상으 꺽임이 없도록 하는 동시에 접촉돌부(24b)가 형성되도록 하므로서 접속편(11a)과의 보다 확실한 접속이 이루어지도록 하게 한다. 이상의 설명에 따르면 본 고안에 의해 훨터판(11)의 전자파 전류가 접지단자구(20)에 의해 CRT 프레임(5)으로 흐르게 되는 확실한 접지가 이루어지게 할 뿐 아니라 탄성 접촉편(24)의 탄성력이 양호하고 자체 변형이 없는 구조로 되어 있으므로 이와 같은 국소부위의 변형을 이용하는 탄성운동구조의 접지단자구는 접지력이 항시 일정하여 접지불량이 없게 되는 효과를 제공하게 된다. 그리고 접지단자구(20)의 설치가 간단하여 양호한 조립성에 의한 생산성 향상을 도모하게 되는 한편 제품 신뢰성이 향상된 제품을 제공하게 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to an electromagnetic grounding device that allows electromagnetic currents blocked by an electromagnetic shielding floater, which also serves as a safety goggles installed on the monitor, to be conducted to a CATHODE-RAY TUBE (CRT) frame.
