いコンパネの使用が主流です、しかしやがて使い捨てら
れ焼却され森林資源の無駄使いにつながるコンパネを使
用しない打ち込み型枠材も販売されて来ましたがこれも
揚重機の必要性、外断熱工法や仕上げに余分なコストが
必要だったりしてまだまだ十分に納得出来る物は見あた
らない。森林保護の必要性を認めながらも、未だに多く
の鉄筋コンクリート造型枠工事で安いが為にコンパネが
使用されているのが現状。 【発明が解決しようとする課題】 【0004】上記したコンクリート型枠材料の問題を補
う為、コンパネを使用せず、環境・省エネルギー問題に
役立ち、コストアップにならない型枠材の開発は今まで
困難であった。 【課題を解決するための手段】 【0005】持ちだし壁支保材を不要にし、ローコスト
パネルを開発。ロックパネルの製造型枠は1種類1型枠
ではなく、組み合わせ型枠で多種類の製品を作ることに
より、設備費の削減、小工場、少人数での製造が出来
る。地場産業として定着し、施工者が運搬すれば輸送コ
ストも削減出来る。施工はコンクリートの型枠材になる
外側と内側のロックパネルを設置後一体化することで壁
配筋後の工事が出来、(図6)コンクリートブロックと
同程度の施工面積が得られると同時に、外側ロックパネ
ルの内側に断熱材の取り付けもたやすくローコストにつ
ながった。(図7) 【発明の実施の形態】 【0006】施工時1段目ロックパネルの設置を水平、
垂直、根元の固定に注意すれば、2段目からの組立、固
定は目地接着で一体化するので壁体の水平、垂直精度の
安定は型枠ブロックと同程度のものが得られ、役物は全
て工場で製造出荷、現場切断加工が無く、組立は目地接
着固定と固定金属板差し込みなので省音工事も出来る。 【0007】ロックパネル現場組立て前に壁筋を施工す
る時はさし込みの障害にならないように配筋する必要が
有り、ロックパネルを組立ながら配筋する場合はその必

熱工法は大幅にコストダウンされ、室内側壁を蓄熱体と
して利用すれば冷暖房費も少なくてすみ、森林資源の無
駄使いも削減出来、建物構造が保護され躯体寿命も延長
し、資源・環境保護に多大な貢献が期待できる。
