Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a different-material member which can firmly be fitted on the shoulder or bottom of the container, such as a bottle of any kind, spray can, or PET-bottle, and easily be separated from it. SOLUTION: A container A combined with a different-material member is a cylindrical one comprising a container main body 1, and the different- material member 2 made of a different material and fitted on the shoulder 12 or bottom of the container main body 1. The container main body 1 and different-material member 2 are engaged so that they can be turnable. Also, a small-diameter part 13 is formed on the shoulder 12 or bottom of the container main body 1, an inclined face 14b is formed on the periphery of the small- diameter part 13, and a projection 24 is formed on the inside of the different- material member 2. The projection 24 contacts the inclined face 14b when the different-material member 2 is fitted on the container main body 1.

However, in recent years, however,
With the increase in resource recycling campaigns, the separate collection of garbage and the reuse of resources have become widespread. Therefore, in the case of a product having such a dissimilar material member as described above, it is necessary to separate the container body and the dissimilar material member when discarding it. However, it is difficult to separate the rigidly attached dissimilar material members as described above, and as a result, there is a problem that the collected containers are difficult to use as resources.

On the other hand, in the related art, as in the container disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 7-43124, a container having a separate bottom member attached to the bottom of the container body,
A container has been proposed in which a recess is provided in the vertical direction so that the bottom member can be removed. However, in such a structure, a plate-shaped member, such as a coin or a screwdriver, which inserts into the recess and applies a force in a direction to remove the bottom member, must be separately prepared. However, there is a problem in that the appearance of the container is also impaired because of the provision of the container.

As shown in FIG. 2, a thin cylindrical neck portion 11 is provided on the upper portion of the container body 1, and a screw is formed on the outer periphery of the neck portion 11, so that a lid (not shown) is screwed. Have been. A small diameter portion 13 having a smaller diameter than the shoulder portion 12 is formed in a lower portion of the neck portion 11, and a locking groove 13a is formed on the neck portion 11 side of the small diameter portion over the entire circumference. Locking groove 13
“a” is formed to have a smaller diameter than the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter portion 13, thereby forming a step 14. The step 14 is composed of a horizontal surface 14 a coinciding with the rotation direction of the shoulder member 2, and an inclined surface 14 b retreating toward the container body 1.

The shoulder member 2 includes a top plate 20 having a circular shape equal to the cross section of the container body 1 and a peripheral side 22 standing upright around the top plate 20.
It is composed of A hole 21 for inserting the neck 11 is opened in the center of the top plate 20, and a rib 23 having a predetermined height is provided inside the hole 21.
Is provided. The rib 23 is divided into predetermined lengths and is provided side by side around the hole 21.
23a are formed. Further, one of the divided ribs 23 is provided with a protruding portion 24 extending toward the container body.

The shoulder member 2 is molded from a synthetic resin such as polypropylene and has elasticity. When the neck portion 11 is inserted into the hole 21 and is strongly pushed into the container body 1, the rib 23 is elastically deformed. As a result, the locking projection 23a engages with the locking groove 13a. When the shoulder member 2 is attached to the container body 1 in this manner, the tip of the projection 24 is located at the lower end of the inclined surface 14b (see FIG. 3).

Next, the operation of separating the shoulder member 2, which is a dissimilar material member, from the container main body 1 from the container A configured as described above will be described. When the shoulder member 2 is rotated as shown in FIG. 4, the protruding portion 24 of the shoulder member 2 rides on the inclined surface 14b on the outer periphery of the small diameter portion 13 and rises along this. As described above, the force for rotating the shoulder member 2 is converted into a force for raising the shoulder member 2 and is pushed up. When the shoulder member 2 is further rotated as shown in FIG. 5, the ribs 23 of the shoulder member 2 are elastically deformed and the engagement between the locking projections 23a and the locking grooves 13a is released, and the shoulder member 2 is removed from the container. It will be separated from the main body 1.

Therefore, in the container according to this embodiment,
By simply rotating the shoulder member 2, the shoulder member 2 can be separated from the container body 1 with a smaller force than when the shoulder member 2 is directly pulled out. For this reason, it is not necessary to set the engagement weakly in consideration of separating the container body 1 from the shoulder member 2. Therefore, it is necessary to firmly attach the shoulder member 2 so that the shoulder member 2 is not easily separated during normal use. Can be.

As described above, the engaging projection 24
When a is formed, the flexible distance can be made longer than when the engagement protrusion is formed on the rib 23. Therefore, when the locking projection 24a is provided at the tip of the protruding portion 24 as in the present embodiment, the locking projection 24a can be largely bent, and engagement and separation can be performed without fear of breakage. Further, by adjusting the shape and the material, the engagement force can be easily adjusted, and the engagement can be securely performed, and the engagement can be easily released with a smaller force.

In addition, since a force is applied in the separation direction by pressing the protruding portion by the inclined surface, a large force in the separation direction can be generated with a small rotational force, and has an effect that it can be easily removed. .
