Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a different material member fitted on a shoulder or a bottom which can be rigidly and easily separated in various kinds of bottles, spray cans, PET bottles or the like. SOLUTION: The container A with different material member assembled comprises a container body 1 and a different material member 2 formed of a different material to be fitted to a shoulder or a bottom of the container body 1. The container body 1 and the different material member 2 are rotatably engaged with each other, and in addition a contact face to be in contact along an entire periphery when the container body 1 and the member 2 are engaged is formed on each of a lower end of the outer peripheral face of the different material member 2 and the upper face of the shoulder of the container body 1. The contact face is positioned on an approximate plane intersecting with a rotating plane of the different material member 2 at a predetermined angle.

However, in recent years, however,
With the increase in resource recycling campaigns, the separate collection of garbage and the reuse of resources have become widespread. Therefore, in the case of a product having such a dissimilar material member as described above, it is necessary to separate the container body and the dissimilar material member when discarding it. However, it is difficult to separate the rigidly attached dissimilar material members as described above, and as a result, there is a problem that the collected containers are difficult to use as resources.

On the other hand, in the related art, as in the container disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 7-43124, a container having a separate bottom member attached to the bottom of the container body,
A container has been proposed in which a recess is provided in the vertical direction so that the bottom member can be removed. However, in such a structure, a plate-shaped member, such as a coin or a screwdriver, which inserts into the recess and applies a force in a direction to remove the bottom member, must be separately prepared. However, there is a problem in that the appearance of the container is also impaired because of the provision of the container.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the inclination angle of the contact surface 3a with respect to the circumferential direction is θ, and the resistance in the separation direction generated when the shoulder member 2 is separated from the container body 1 is R, the shoulder member The force F required to rotate 2 is Rsinθ. The height difference of the inclination of the contact surface 3a for separating the shoulder member 2 may be set to be higher than the distance that the locking projection 23a passes through the flange 11a. Accordingly, since the force F for rotating the shoulder member 2 is smaller than the resistance R, the two can be separated with a small force in the container of the present embodiment. That is, depending on the present embodiment, it is not necessary to set the engagement weakly in consideration of separating the container main body 1 and the shoulder member 2, so that the shoulder member 2 is not easily removed during normal use. As described above, in the dissimilar material-attached container according to the present invention according to the present invention, the contact surfaces of the container body and the dissimilar material member normally contact each other without any gap, and Since the surfaces are substantially coplanar, the appearance is excellent. In addition, by simply rotating the dissimilar material member with a small force with respect to the container body, it is possible to withstand a large coupling force, and it is possible to separate the member easily. That is, there is an effect that the outer peripheral surface of the dissimilar material member has both the design function and the detachment function.
