2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, as a container for yogurt, fruit juice beverage, sake, etc., a fan-shaped trunk blank made by stamping a laminated material mainly composed of a paper layer is wound into a cylinder to form a trunk. A cup-shaped paper container has been used in which a circular bottom plate blank obtained by punching a laminated material downward is combined, and the lower peripheral edge of the body and the peripheral edge of the bottom plate are heated and tightened. However, in this cup-shaped paper container, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient container sealing property due to the step of the bonding portion of the body when the lid is attached to the opening at the upper end of the body.

However, the container according to the above-mentioned conventional method for producing a composite container does not cause any problem in the use of ordinary contents, but it does not protect the contents such as beverages containing carbonic acid and heat sterilization. When used for required contents, the lid, body, bottom, etc. are extremely deformed due to fluctuations such as increase or decrease in internal pressure in the container, and this deformation may cause damage to the sealing part. This may cause a problem in the hermeticity of the container.

As shown in FIG. 1, the internal pressure-resistant composite container of the present invention comprises a reinforcing frame (120) comprising an opening peripheral frame (121), a columnar protective frame (122) and an annular protective frame (123). Container body (100) thermally fused to the inner surface of paper container (110)
As shown in FIG. 4, the lid material (20)
No. 0) is attached by the heat fusion parts (101 and 201) and the fitting parts (102 and 202) to seal the opening. Then, at least one fitting portion (102 and 20)
2) is provided so as to be located closer to the center of the container in the axial direction of the container body than the heat-fused portions (101 and 201);
When the inner pressure of the container increases and the top plate (230) of the lid material is deformed so as to expand upward, the peripheral wall (220) of the lid material receives a force in a direction of pushing outward and expanding, and the above-mentioned fitting portion (102 and 20) is applied.
2) fits tightly. Therefore, a shearing force is less likely to be generated on the bonding surface of the heat-sealed portions (101 and 201) outside the fitting portion in the axial direction of the container body. As a result, the sealing portion is not damaged, and the sealing property of the container is good.

Further, when the inner pressure of the container is reduced and the top plate of the lid material is deformed so as to expand downward, the fitting portion provided on the lid material receives a downward force, and the fitting portion of the container body is in contact with the fitting portion of the container body. Since the fitting is strengthened and a shearing force is hardly generated on the adhesive surface of the heat-sealed portion, the sealed portion is not damaged, and the sealing performance of the container is good. In addition, since the body is made of a rigid laminated material having a paper layer as a main layer, the body is hardly deformed due to a change in the internal pressure of the container.

Further, the internal pressure-resistant composite container of the present invention, in which reinforcing ribs are provided on the inner surface side of the container on the top plate of the lid member and the bottom plate of the container main body, is capable of reducing the internal pressure of the container due to the rigidity of the reinforcing rib. The top plate of the lid member and the bottom plate of the container body are not easily deformed.
