Description
【0001】

As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the cup-shaped container (10) of the present invention is filled with the contents, and then placed on the upper surface of the flange (120) provided at the upper end of the trunk (110) of the container body (100). Usually, a container in which a sheet-like lid member (200) having an opening knob (210) is adhered and sealed in an easy peelable manner, but is annular heat-sealed to the upper surface of the flange (120) of the container body (100). A sheet layer (300) is provided, and the sheet-like lid material (200) is heat-sealed on the upper surface of the annular heat-sealing sheet layer by a heat seal method or the like so that it can be easily peeled.
[0011]
The annular heat-sealing sheet layer (300) has a laminated structure as shown in FIG. 1 (b), and its uppermost layer is heat-sealed so that it can be easily peeled to the sheet-like lid material. This is an easy-peeling heat-sealing resin layer (310), and the lowermost layer is a heat-sealing resin layer (330) that is heat-sealed to the container body.
[0012]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1B, the annular heat-sealing sheet layer (300) is generally provided with a base material layer (320) as an intermediate layer. Single layers and laminates such as polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polyethylene and other thermoplastic resin layers, or thermoplastic containers such as polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polyethylene, aluminum foil, inorganic vapor deposition, etc. A barrier layer such as a polyethylene terephthalate film or a polyvinylidene chloride-coated stretched polypropylene film is laminated.
[0013]
And the manufacturing method of the container main body of the cup-shaped container of the present invention is based on the so-called insert injection molding method, and the cavity surface that forms the upper surface of the male mold flange of the injection mold for molding the container main body in advance. In addition, an annular heat-sealing sheet whose uppermost layer is an easy-peeling heat-fusible resin layer and whose lowermost layer is a heat-fusible resin layer is inserted with the upper surface in contact with the cavity surface, At the same time as molding the container body by injecting the molten molding resin into the mold cavity (the space between the female mold and the male mold in which the molded product is molded) from the gate (pouring gate where the molten resin is injected). As shown in (a), the lower surface of the annular heat-sealing sheet is heat-sealed to the upper surface of the flange (120) of the container body (100), and the annular heat-sealing sheet layer ( 300). In addition, as a molding material of the container body, a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate is selected and used in accordance with the purpose of use of the container.
