目詰まりを生じさせることが往々にある。この問題を解
消させるために、図4に示すように、ダイ3をその外周
面と内周面とを連絡する連絡孔31を設けた円筒状のブッ
シュタイプにしてダイホルダ4内に埋設し、ダイ3間の
ダイホルダ4内に設けた空気流通孔41とダイの連絡孔31
とを連絡させて穿孔時に挿通したパンチ13先端をエアブ
ローして付着したチップw1を吹き飛ばすものがある。
