Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to separate and fractionate a non-combustible part and a combustible part by forming a case with a fluid introduction aperture and a treated fluid delivery aperture and the holding member of a filter for an incombustible material and also forming a cylindrical body which is discrete from the case and the holding member, and supports a separable filer for a combustible material, of a sheetlike body of a paper-making material with numerous through holes. SOLUTION: Oil flows into the whole interior of a case 1 from a gap between a valve body 7b and a blocking plate 1e which is formed by the flexible deformation of the valve body 7b under the pressure of the oil entering introduction apertures 1d, 1d. Further, the oil finds its way into an internal combustion engine through a filter medium 4, a through hole, a cylindrical body 3a and an installed pipe body 1c. The used oil flows into a filter for treating the oil from a delivery aperture and thus a circulatory route is constituted. The case is formed of an incombustible material such as a metallic material e.g. steel and a filter 2 is formed of a combustible material of a cylindrical body around the periphery of which a filer medium such as a pleated filter paper is wound with both ends fixed with a plate, and the cylindrical body of a supporting member 3 is formed of a sheetlike body with numerous through holes, which is made of paper impregnated or not impregnated with a resin and rolled with both end parts fastened. Thus, a combustible part and an incombustible part of the device are easily separated and dispose of the used oil is facilitated.

However, if the cartridge type oil treatment filter is landfilled by disposal, for example, the number of automobiles is large and the number of discarded cartridge type oil treatment filters is huge. Therefore, not only does the land need to be reclaimed and a lot of land is required to change the selected land and the surrounding natural environment, but also the oil in the reclaimed land can penetrate into the surroundings, harm the environment, and protect the environment. There is a problem from the point. There are certain restrictions on landfills. On the other hand, in order to perform incineration, it is necessary to cut the cartridge type oil treatment filter and make it fine, or to incinerate it in a high-temperature furnace as it is, and after incineration, some steel recovery is also performed However, there is a problem in that it is deteriorated by oxidation, is disadvantageous in terms of strength and durability as a material to be reused, and is wasteful in terms of resource protection.
In order to solve such a problem, recently, an attempt has been made to cut the case portion of the cartridge type oil treatment filter and separate the case portion, the filter body and other members inside the case portion to facilitate the treatment. However, even in this case, the filter body is formed by winding a filter material such as a fold-shaped filter paper around a cylindrical support made of punched metal, both ends of which are sandwiched between metal plates, and one of the plates The structure is such that the components of the relief valve and the relief valve are integrated, and the integrated component is pressed and supported inside the case by a spring member of another member. The filter body is separated from the filter body, and if the filter body is incinerated as described above, the support of the metal material, the plate remains as a residue, and eventually, a part of the metal member of the metal case and the spring member. Can be yield not become a fundamental solution of the above problem, if degraded and processed into a member of the combustible material of the metal member and the filter paper in an attempt to avoid this,
The former can be collected and reused, and the latter can be incinerated,
Although the above problem can be solved, another problem arises in that it requires labor for disassembly. In addition, for cartridge type oil treatment filters and other filter devices, cost reduction is required to reach the limit,
Regarding the production of the support using a punching metal, further cost reduction is required in terms of the necessity of welding and the material. A first object of the present invention is to facilitate separation of a non-combustible portion and a combustible portion of a filter device such as an oil treatment filter, thereby facilitating the separation. A second object of the present invention is to increase the proportion of recyclable parts of the component and facilitate disposal of the discarded parts. A third object of the present invention is to make it possible to protect the environment and resources by eliminating the need for land for landfill, making it easy to incinerate, and leaving no residue other than ash. It is in. A fourth object of the present invention is to
An object of the present invention is to provide a filter device such as an oil treatment filter that can reduce manufacturing costs.

In this manner, the cartridge type oil treatment filter shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 is completed. When the filter is used, an introduction filter projecting from a flat plate-shaped bracket attached to an internal combustion engine (not shown) is used. The mounting pipe 1c is screwed into the outer thread portion of the pipe (the whole of which is an oil body) via a gasket 1f, and the gasket 1f seals between the pipe and the flat plate-shaped bracket. Oil is delivered from the delivery hole. As a result, oil is introduced into the introduction holes 1d, 1d,..., And as the pressure increases, the valve body 7b of the valve body 7 is deformed due to its flexibility to form a gap between the valve body 7 and the closing plate of the case 1. From there, the oil flows into the entire inside of the case 1, passes through a large number of through-holes through the pleated filter material 4, flows into the cylindrical body 3 a, and further passes through the mounting pipe 1 c and protrudes from the bracket. Is delivered to the inlet pipe. Then, the introduced oil is introduced into the internal combustion engine, and the used oil is delivered from the delivery hole as described above, and an oil circulation circuit including an oil body and an oil treatment filter is formed. The same is repeated thereafter. When the filter medium 4 is clogged, the relief valve 6,
The 6 'valve plate 6d moves against the resilience of the spring 6c, and the oil that flows in through the valve plate 6d penetrates through the frame 6a and flows into the cylindrical body 3a, and further passes through the mounting pipe 1c to be removed from the bracket. It is delivered to the projecting inlet tube.

In the above, as a constituent member of the case 1, a non-combustible material such as a metal material such as steel can be used, but aluminum or its alloy material can also be used in terms of lightness and durability. The filter 2 may be any filter that can be held and fixed to the case by a spring member, such as one in which both ends of pleats of a pleated filter material such as pleated filter paper wound around the cylindrical body are fixed by plates. . The cylindrical body of the support member 3 is at least one of paper impregnated or not impregnated with resin and mixed paper, that is, only paper impregnated or not impregnated with resin, only mixed paper impregnated or not impregnated with resin, or these A sheet body having a large number of through-holes is wound around a composite obtained by combining each of the papers and each of the mixed papers, and both ends of the sheet body are fastened. At that time, the mixed paper is prepared by mixing 50 to 85 parts by weight of pulp material and 20 to 60 parts by weight of synthetic fibers, more preferably 60 to 80 parts by weight of pulp material,
The synthetic fibers are mixed at a ratio of 20 to 40 parts by weight. As the synthetic fiber, in the case of an oil filter for automobiles, the temperature of the oil is as high as 80 to 100 ° C., and therefore, a fiber made of a material such as a polyester resin or a polyamide resin having heat resistance and oil resistance to withstand the oil temperature. Is preferred.
The amount of the resin impregnated is preferably 50 to 150 parts by weight, more preferably 80 to 120 parts by weight, of the curable resin of 10 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the mixed paper. After impregnating the resin, the sheet body having a large number of through-holes may be formed into a cylindrical body, and the resin may be cured. However, the impregnation of the resin, the curing thereof, the formation of a large number of through-holes, and the cylindrical shape of the sheet body The steps of embodiment are not limited to this, and may be performed in any order as appropriate. Examples of the type of the resin include a thermosetting resin and a moisture-curable resin, and specific examples include at least one of a phenol resin, an epoxy resin, a melamine resin, and a silicone resin.

In order to maintain the strength at which the cylindrical body of the support does not deform under the lateral pressure, the thickness of the paper and the mixed paper is preferably at least 200 g / m 2 (at least approximately 1 mm thick). In order to fasten both ends of the sheet body, both ends may be overlapped and fastened, but each end may be fastened separately, and the means of fastening is also ultrasonic fusion (attaching ultrasonic waves). It is preferable to irradiate the portion and fuse it by the heat) from the viewpoint of productivity. However, other heat fusion means may be used, or it may be fixed by a mechanical means such as an adhesive or a tack. In addition, "using papermaking material" means resin,
This indicates that a backing material such as a nonwoven fabric or a cloth may be used, for example, by bonding with an adhesive. In addition, "the filter body is integrally formed of combustible material" means that a fastener such as a metal stud is not a combustible material, but is a minute part when viewed as a whole. , But "the combustible material" may be "a material that leaves little residue by combustion", and the "incombustible material" may be a "material that leaves a residue by combustion". As described above, when the support member 3 is manufactured, it can be manufactured by using the same process as that for manufacturing the filter paper and by slightly changing the specifications (thickness, etc.), so that special equipment and complicated processes are required. The cost can be reduced without providing. The plates 3a and 3b are made of at least one of paper and nonwoven fabric, that is, only paper, only nonwoven fabric, or a composite of paper and nonwoven fabric, and the filter material 4 is at least one of filter paper and nonwoven fabric, that is, only filter paper, only nonwoven fabric, or filter paper. Although each of the members is made of a combustible material, the filter body 2 is also made of a combustible material. The nonwoven fabric may be not only cellulosic fiber but also synthetic fiber or a mixture thereof, and any of them is preferably a material which does not generate toxic gas when incinerated, but is not limited thereto.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described. Example 1 Wood pulp 70 parts by weight, synthetic fiber (polyester) 30
The parts by weight were mixed using a normal papermaking method to produce a mixed paper (basis weight: 300 g / m 2 ). The plate-shaped sheet body impregnated with the curable epoxy resin (300 g / m 2 ) is provided with a large number of through holes having a diameter of 4 mm, and is punched by so-called punching. Joining by sonic fusion. Next, the impregnated resin is subjected to a thermosetting treatment to form a cylindrical body 3a having a large number of through-holes as shown in FIG.
m, fold filter paper with a height of 58 mm and a peak of 64)
The filter body 2 was produced by attaching plates 3a and 3b made of a nonwoven fabric to the ends of the filter material with an adhesive.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in a case 1 made of steel,
A cartridge-type oil treatment filter incorporating the filter body 2 was prepared, and its performance was evaluated (using an oil testing device for automobiles and a test method based on JIS D1611). As a result, the life of the obtained cartridge type oil treatment filter was 48 hours, and the filtration efficiency was 86%. After the test, the case 1 of the cartridge type oil treatment filter shown in FIG. 1 was cut and separated into a steel part, a rubber part (gasket 1f and valve element 7), and a filter element 2.
The steel portion was recovered and reused, and the rubber portion and the filter 2 were incinerated, but only a small amount of ash remained. Since the steel portion is recovered without being heated, it can be reused as a high-quality resource with a low degree of oxidation.

COMPARATIVE EXAMPLE 1 The same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 indicate the same components. As shown in FIG. 4, a cylindrical body 13a made of steel punched metal is used.
A filter medium 14 made of pleated filter paper is wound around each of the plates, and a substantially donut-shaped steel plate 13b, 13
c, the filter body 12 in which the filter medium 14 is integrated into the support member 13 composed of the cylindrical body 13a and the plates 13a and 13b is accommodated in the case 1, and the frame 16a of the relief valve 16 inserted into the cylindrical body 13a To the plate 13c
The valve plate 16d, which is integrally connected to the spring 16c by the flange plate 16b and abuts against the valve seat 16e formed by the inner peripheral edge of the plate 13c, thus integrating the filter body 12 and the relief valve 16, Using this, a leaf spring 15 having a central bottom plate 15a and a through tube 15b and other members were used in the same manner as in FIGS. 1 and 3 to produce a cartridge type oil treatment filter sandwiched in the case 1, and the same test as above was performed. However, the life of the filter was 49 hours, and the filtration efficiency was 85%, which was almost the same as in the case of Example 1.
However, after completion of the test, the case 1 was cut, and the cut portion of the case 1 and the leaf spring 15, the rubber portion (gasket 1f and the valve element 7), the filter body 2 and the relief valve were integrated and separated. When incinerated, the filter paper and adhesive burned, but the cylinder 13a, the relief valve 16, and the parts of the plates 13b and 13c made of steel remained, and the steel was highly oxidized and required quality for reuse. It can be considered that this has caused a problem similar to that occurring in the case of the conventional cartridge type oil treatment filter.

According to the present invention, the case and the holding member are made of an incombustible material, and the filter is integrally made of a combustible material, and the filter is separate from the case and the holding member. Since it is configured and provided so as to be separable, the non-combustible portion and the flammable portion of a filter device such as an oil treatment filter can be easily separated, and the separation can be easily performed. Many wastes can be easily treated, so they do not require land for landfills, are easy to incinerate, and leave no residue other than ash to protect the environment and resources. Protection can be achieved. In addition, since the cylindrical body of the support member of the filter body is obtained by winding a sheet body having a large number of through holes using a papermaking material and fastening both ends, demetalization, which was conventionally difficult, can be performed. , Enables the filter body to be significantly demetallized together with other parts that are easier to convert into paper.
It is possible to provide a filter device such as an oil treatment filter that can reduce the manufacturing cost from both materials.
