Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a case from being simply opened by a shock and the like, and to make the opening simpler when tried to open. SOLUTION: At one of spigot fitting parts 9 with an upper case 4 and a lower case 5, which can undergo spigot fitting, a plurality of locking pawl parts 11 are formed. At the same time, locking grooves which can lock the respective locking pawls 11 are formed at the other part. At the same time, at the position between any of two neighboring locking parts 11 and the locking groove, a plate inserting recess 15 for inserting a plate of the plate shaped material is formed. In this small case for accommodating electronic components, a section of the part close to the recess 15 of at least one of two locking pawls 25 and 26 neighboring the recess 15 is cut out (29a and 29b). Thus, general parts 27 and 28 of the locking pawls 26 and 27 become short in comparison with the other locking pawl 11 located at the other position.

However, when the electronic component housing small case 1 has such a structure, the locking claws 11 are fitted in order from one corner to the other corner even if the small case 1 is opened. , The plate 22 such as a coin must be twisted with a large force in order to release the engagement between the one corner and the locking groove 12. Further, there has been a problem that the gap e formed by twisting the plate-like material 22 such as a coin is too narrow, so that both thumb claws do not enter the gap e well and cannot be easily opened.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the locking claw portion adjacent to the plate insertion concave portion has the following structure.
By notching the portion near the plate insertion concave portion so that the general portion of the locking claw portion is shorter than another locking claw portion at another position, the plate The case can be opened by the operation of twisting the plate-like object inserted into the insertion recess.

That is, when the plate-like object inserted into the plate insertion concave portion is twisted, a substantially central portion of the plate insertion concave portion becomes a lever's power point, and the locking claw portion adjacent to the plate insertion concave portion is turned. The end on the side of the recess for plate insertion temporarily serves as a fulcrum and action point of the lever, but the notch near the recess for plate insertion in the locking claw adjacent to the recess for plate insertion is cut off. As a result, the arm of the lever between the force point and the fulcrum / working point becomes longer than before, so that the engagement between the locking claw and the locking groove can be released with a correspondingly small twisting force. become.

At this time, since only the locking claw portion adjacent to the plate insertion concave portion is shortened, it is possible to prevent the locking force of the entire electronic component storage small case from unnecessarily weakening. Since the engagement between the locking claw and the locking groove can be released with a small twisting force, an effect is obtained in that the plate-shaped object is less likely to damage the periphery of the plate insertion concave portion.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the notch portion of the locking claw portion is formed into a tapered portion whose projection amount decreases as approaching the plate insertion concave portion, so that the insertion portion can be inserted into the tapered portion. The engaging force with the concave portion becomes smaller, and it becomes possible to increase the easiness of disengagement between the locking claw portion and the locking groove portion as compared with the case where there is no tapered portion. Since the engagement with the insertion concave portion is the same as that of the conventional structure, the locking force between the locking claw portion and the locking groove portion can be maintained as before.

That is, when the engagement state between the locking claw portion and the locking groove portion adjacent to the plate insertion concave portion is released by twisting the plate-like material, the divided locking claw portions are removed. A temporary locking portion near the plate insertion recess is formed around the plate insertion recess of the upper case and the lower case by temporarily locking the edge surface of the upper case or the lower case, just in a good condition. The gap is held in a largely open state, and the gap can be prevented from becoming narrow even when the plate-like object is removed. This makes it easy to insert and pry both thumb nails and fingertips into the gap and open the electronic component storage small case easily.

That is, a plate-like object 2 having a plate shape such as a coin.
When the engagement state between the locking claw portions 25 and 26 adjacent to the plate insertion concave portion 15 and the locking groove portion 12 is released by twisting 2, as shown in FIG. The temporary locking portion 30 of the claw portion 26 near the plate insertion concave portion 15 temporarily locks the edge surface 32 of the peripheral wall 6a of the lower case 7 just in a good condition. As a result, the upper case 4 and the lower case 7 are held in a state in which the gap d formed around the plate insertion concave portion 15 is largely opened, and the plate-like plate-like material 22 such as a coin is held. When removed, the edge surface 32 of the peripheral wall 6a of the lower case 7 is always locked to the temporary locking portion 30, so that the once opened gap d is prevented from becoming narrow. Therefore,
It is easy to insert and remove both thumb nails and fingertips into the gap d, and the electronic component storage small case can be easily opened.

A plate-like object 2 such as a coin, etc.
Since the gap between the upper case 4 and the lower case 7 formed when twisting 2 is not so large, and the amount of deformation of the upper case 4 and the lower case 7 made of resin is limited,
The entire locking claw portion adjacent to the plate insertion recess 15 does not lock the edge surface 32 of the peripheral wall 6 of the lower case 7, that is, is not temporarily locked, so that coins and the like are not locked. When the plate-like material 22 was removed, the gap became narrow, and as a result, it was difficult to open the case.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the plate insertion at the locking claw portion adjacent to the plate insertion recess for inserting a part of the plate-like object. The notch near the recess is notched so that the general portion of the locking claw is shorter than another locking claw at another position, so that the recess for inserting the plate with less force is used. The case can be opened by the operation of twisting the plate-like object inserted into the case. That is, when twisting the plate-like object inserted into the plate insertion concave portion, the substantially central portion of the plate insertion concave portion becomes the lever's power point, and the plate plug in the locking claw portion adjacent to the plate insertion concave portion. The end on the side of the recess for insertion temporarily serves as a fulcrum and action point of the lever, but by notching a portion near the recess for insertion of the plate in the locking claw adjacent to the recess for insertion of the plate, Since the lever arm between the force point and the fulcrum / working point is longer than before, the engagement between the locking claw and the locking groove can be released with a correspondingly small twisting force.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the notch portion of the locking claw is a tapered portion whose projection amount decreases as approaching the plate insertion recess. The engaging force of the locking claw portion and the locking groove portion can be more easily detached than when there is no taper portion, and the opposite end of the taper portion can be inserted into the locking groove. Since the engagement with the concave portion is the same as that of the conventional structure, the locking force between the locking claw portion and the locking groove portion can be maintained as before.

Further, according to the third aspect of the present invention, at least one of the locking claw portions adjacent to the plate insertion concave portion is divided into two to open the electronic component storage small case. The effect of making it easier is obtained. That is, when the engagement state between the locking claw portion and the locking groove portion adjacent to the plate insertion concave portion is released by twisting the plate-like material, the plate insertion of the separated locking claw portions is performed. The temporary locking part near the concave part for temporary locking of the edge surface of the upper case or the lower case just right, the gap formed around the plate insertion concave part of the upper case and the lower case is large. It is held in an open state, and the gap can be prevented from becoming narrow even if the plate-like object is removed. As a result, it is easy to insert and remove both thumb nails and fingertips into the gap, and the electronic component storage small case can be easily opened. .
