パチンコ機の入賞率を決定するプログラムはROMに書き込まれているため、正規のROMを改造されたROMに不正に交換して不当な出玉を得る事件が発生している。このため、最近ではROMを含む回路基板を基板収納ボックス内に収納し、このボックスの蓋体を破壊しなければROMの交換ができないようにする工夫が行なわれ、このためのボックス錠止機構に関して既に多数の特許が出願されている。

本発明は上記した従来の問題点を解決して、基板収納ボックスの錠止体収納部を裏面から破壊しても蓋体を開けないようにした錠止体及びこれを用いたボックス錠止機構を提供するためになされたものである。

上記の課題を解決するためになされたボックス錠止機構は、内部に回路基板が収納された基板収納ボックスに蓋体をスライド不能にロックするための、錠止ピンと係止爪とからなる錠止体を用いたボックス錠止機構であって、
基板収納ボックスは、側方部に有底筒状の錠止体収納部を備えており、
蓋体は、その裏面に錠止ピン係合孔を備えており、
錠止ピンは、錠止ピン係合孔に嵌め込まれる頭部を有していて、錠止体収納部内に収納されたときに上方に弾発可能であって、
係止爪は、蓋体をスライドさせて閉じるときに上方への弾発に抗して錠止体収納部内に錠止ピンと一体に押し込まれ、蓋体をスライドさせて閉じたときには錠止ピンとともに上方に弾発されて、係止爪の先端部が錠止ピンの頭部より側方へ突出して錠止体収納部の上縁と係合して、錠止ピンの下方への取り出しを不可能とするものであることを特徴とするものである。

これらの図に示されるように、本発明の錠止体は錠止ピン1と係止爪2とからなる。錠止ピン1は円柱状のもので頭部1aを除く両側面にはそれぞれ深い縦溝3が形成されている。この縦溝3の下部には段部4が形成されている。また錠止ピン1の底面から丸穴5が形成され、その内部に弾性手段6が収納されている。なお、丸穴5の中心には弾性手段6の上部を挿入固定するための突起7が突設されている。
