Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance deodorizing effect by coating the outer peripheral surface of a mesh-like sheet main body with a ceramic coating material prepared by mixing a foaming agent and a ceramic powder with a soln. of vinyl chloride or the like. SOLUTION: A deodorizing sheet 1 is obtained by coating the outer peripheral surface of a sheet main body 2 formed into a mesh-like state by knitting polyester fibers or in noxious PVC fibers 2a with a ceramic coating material which is prepared by mixing a foaming agent 3b and a ceramic powder 3c with a vinyl chloride soln. 3a. Herein, the coated ceramic powder 3c is mixed with the vinyl chloride soln. in a wt. ratio of about 10% and the component and constitution ratio of the ceramic powder 3c is set so that SiO2 is 70-80% Al2 O3 is 10-20% Fe2 O3 is 1-10% and Li2 O is 1-10% and, by this combination, a reducing catalyst is allowed to act.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional deodorizing technique, there is a technique in which an odor is adsorbed on a porous body (such as activated carbon or zeolite).
There is also a method of spraying a so-called deodorant into the air and masking. Further, there is a type in which ceramic powder is mixed with a synthetic resin and formed into a plate shape by an injection molding machine or the like.

[0003] However, the above-mentioned porous material merely adsorbs odors and immediately becomes saturated and cannot be used for a long time. Also, the masking method is deceiving with another scent and cannot be deodorized. Further, ceramic powder also has problems in components and composition ratios, which are also inferior in deodorizing ability.

The deodorizing sheet 1 obtained the effects as shown in Table 1 above. The test conditions were as follows.
The deodorization rate of each acetic acid is measured. A detector tube type gas measuring device was used as a measuring device. No. 3L manufactured by Gastech for ammonia, and N3 manufactured by Gastech for acetaldehyde.
In the case of acetic acid, o92L is sucked using a detection tube such as No. 81L manufactured by Gastech. A 1 m 3 acrylic resin hermetic container is used as a measuring box, and a stirring fan for stabilizing the odor distribution is provided therein, and a smoke absorbing fan (can smoke all at once) and a cigarette smoker comprising a cigarette holder are provided. Provided with an air purifier equipped with a deodorizing sheet 1 of the present invention without a filter. Next, as a test method, five cigarettes (mild seven) were attached to the above cigarette smoker to emit smoke, and the stirring fan was rotated. First, each detection tube was inserted into the suction port of the measurement box to set an initial value (at the start). Measure.
Subsequently, the air purifier is operated, and after 15 minutes and 30 minutes, measurement is performed on each detection tube. Under the above test conditions,
The removal rate of ammonia odor and acetic acid was 100% when measured after 15 minutes.
After minutes, the removal rate was 100%, demonstrating an excellent effect.
